  1. I only like the chemtrails title because we can call it COCC and make funny play on words (cumtrails, cuntry club, I need COCC etc)
  2. Starting to doubt the Sep 5th date because on this site https://www.allaccess.com/triple-a/future-releases lots of artists already have their singles ready to be played in August (which is when Lana should start doing promo for COCC), and there's nothing from her yet which is making me a bit...doubtful
  3. One of my absolute favourites too. Everyone trashes it way too much Blue Velvet got featured in a H&M ad Cola & Ride were basically a cultural reset Body Electric, Bel Air and Gods & Monsters were featured in her short film Yayo was the only throwback from her Lizzy Grant days Burning Desire was used in an ad for Jaguar What's not to love?
  4. Chemtrails over the country club poison the lungs of my porcelain doves @@Lana lemme write for u bb
  5. BTD: Million Dollar Man PD: Yayo UV: West Coast Honeymoon: Honeymoon LFL: Cherry NFR: Love Song
  6. Lana do a collab with Bruce Springsteen challenge
  7. Imagine if she did this with Father John Misty. What's funny is that this song sounds like something that belonged on FJM's album I Love You, Honeybear
  8. Whenever I listen to Raise Me Up, I instantly think of New Orleans because she references voodoo in Mississippi ("putting crystals on my neck", "birds are flying out of my mouth") - an album like that would be pretty cool
  9. I really don't imagine Lana ever using poppies for an album, to me that's a bit too...British? COCC is gonna be either Lilies or Peonies, or whatever flowers rich people have in their country clubs
  10. They think they found Glee star Naya Rivera's body today...on the 7th anniversary of Cory Monteith's death. It's hard to process and I hope her family find strength during this difficult time.
  11. I definitely don't trust Lana when it comes to describing genres. Let's not forget when she used to describe her music as 'Hawaiian glam metal'
  12. The release date for COCC is is now showing up on here https://hitsdailydouble.com/new_album_releases This is good because I remember it took so long for LFL and NFR to have it's release date put up
  13. I gave legitimate receipts regarding the origins of plaid shirts and why plaid shirts don't actually 'belong' to Latinx culture. What did you bring to the table? With that being said, I do believe in calling out people for using things from other people's cultures, but this hate for Lana wearing a button done up on her shirt is nitpicking and downright ridiculous. If you care so much, why are you here? Why do you continue to stan a woman who wore Native American attire in one of her music videos? You're giving everyone else shit when you're no better.
  14. When do ya'll think Lana will post the album cover? I say August 10th-16th
  15. Scottish culture: black pudding, haggis, kilts British culture: scones, fish and chips, bowl hats French culture: cheese, wine, lace aprons Every country has culture It would be fair to say that most European countries don't have AS MUCH culture as others considering we've unfairly colonised a lot of shit, but the traditional culture is still there regardless.
  16. People love to bandwagon on tweets with over 10k likes, unfortunately. Hating on her for wearing a plaid shirt and doing the top button up is so unwarranted it's actually embarassing
  17. How am I being tone deaf? Explain. Plaid shirts are were created by an American man. The plaid pattern originated in Scotland. Lana is part Scottish and full American. Why can't she wear the shirt how she wants to?
  18. It's just funny to me. How are you going to tell a white woman how to wear a shirt from her culture? Make it make sense.
  19. You can't tell people how to wear a shirt though. Many people have a preference on which buttons they want done or undone. This is just nitpicking. Plaid shirts are Scottish, not Latinx.
  20. Plaid shirts are for everyone though, sorry to break it to you. Plaid (also known as Tartan) emerged in Scotland during the 1700's. It was Hamilton Carharrt who popularised the flannel shirt in 1889. Hoops originated in Africa. The only thing sus about that selfie were her lips
