I've been talking about this on my insta, but actors Cody Fern and Angelica Ross got together via livestream and were discussing everything that was going on. The video is over an hour long but SO worth it and is important to watch all the way through so it all sinks in. They discuss racial bias, racial profiling, white saviour complex (and how to avoid it), the protests, police brutality, looting, systematic oppression, white privilege and much much more. Angelica is an absolute gem. Cody asked all the important questions and what white people as such as himself can do to support the black community, and Angelica answering his questions in great detail. I couldn't find the other thread (if there ever was one), but anyway... I'm not sure if some of you are aware, but Anonymous leaked the ch*ld sex trafficking ring list in which a bunch of celebrities pimped out young girls to rich and powerful men, and Courtney's name was on the list. I just have to say that this doesn't actually surprise me. Courtney has made a Instagram posts in the past, painting Prince Andrew in a positive light. She displayed the narrative of "well he didn't do anything bad to me so these rumours must be bullshit". I immediately unfollowed her after that post. Another thing, she knew about what Harvey Weinstein was doing all these years. She made jokey side comments about it in interviews before. Boy, what a coward. It just amazes how people can become this way, when fame and money means more to them than the livelihood of young girls and women. I have no doubt her previous breakdowns were due to immense guilt from a culmination of these particular things. I don't know if anyone else will agree with me. This post I'm making isn't to start shit, I think lots of people know what Courtney is like. I've enjoyed her band's music for many years and was a fan of Courtney but I can't excuse her as the person she is. I was going to post a story on my IG about her, but realised a bunch of Hole/Nirvana stans follow me and didn't want to cause drama or whatever so that's why I'm doing it here.

It's very good! She has chapters on lots of things like perfume, yoga, fashion, makeup etc. Also the pictures inside are gorgeous. Very informative book

No this is a harmful generalisation towards people who suffer with mental illnesses. I have mental illnesses, yet I'm not racist and I'm sure the same could be said for others here too. Marina should have said "you have to be a sociopath to be a cop". Her choice of words is poor and the fact that she hasn't even deleted the tweet or changed her words is appalling imo

I'm gonna be honest, for someone like Lana, I can understand how she probably didn't know that showing the looters faces could get them in trouble? I feel like people need to ease up on her because I do think she had good intentions. Ya'll know I'm not about making excuses for her but I'm just trying to put myself in her perspective for a moment to understand her reasoning behind her post. I mean she was probably like "okay I'm gonna post these vids to let people know how bad it is out here blah blah blah" and thought nothing of it afterwards
