  1. Songs I want Lana to cover: California Dreamin' by The Mamas and Papas Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley (originally by Leonard Cohen but Jeff's version is *chef's kiss*) Crazy by Patsy Cline You're So Vain by Carly Simon The River in the Pines by Joan Baez Stand by Me by Ben E. King Scarborough Fair by Simon & Garfunkel (studio version, we all know she sung it beautifully live) Heart Shaped Box by Nirvana (again, a studio version would be orgasmic) Every You Every Me by Placebo Gloomy Sunday by Billie Holliday Nights in White Satin by The Moody Blues April Come She Will by Simon & Garfunkel Apocalypse by Cigarettes After Sex (Ghost) Riders in the Sky by Johnny Cash Hurt by Johnny Cash (his version, I know it's not his song lol) Queen of You by Monster Magnet Lonesome Town by Ricky Nelson Call Me by Blondie The Killing Moon by Echo & The Bunnymen Alison by Slowdive Gold Dust Woman by Fleetwood Mac Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) by Marilyn Manson (his version) Burn by The Cure Winter's Going by Bonnie Dobson Dumb by Nirvana Sex and Candy by Marcy Playground Somethin' Stupid by Frank and Nancy Sinatra (a duet with Father John Misty!) Under the Milky Way by The Church House of the Rising Sun by The Animals Mother by Danzig Wicked Game by Chris Isaak I chose songs that Lana could easily sing based on her range
  2. If ya'll wanna blame Britney for the way her voice sounds then fine but please remember that it was a man who told her to stick to a 'baby voice' (ew) when her career took off and damaged her vocal chords. Britney can sing (watch the performances from when she was much much younger)
  3. Toby is me eating my cake alone on the step away from everyone
  4. True, I just remember that selfie she posted saying "when you have no choice but to go back to being blonde" even though she could probably buy a box of dye and DIY
  5. So Lana can invite her friends over for a party but can’t invite a hair stylist over with a box of brown hair dye? Make it make sense
  6. Lana will probably release Sep 5th and use the quarantine to her advantage to not do album promo (radio shows, interviews etc) so it probably works in her favour
  7. Chemtrails Over the Country Club Just my own track listing I made up and the overall vibe I get from the title alone 1. Vaping Under the Pale Moonlight (this is a joke-y title, don't take it seriously lol) 2. Slim Aarons 3. Cyanide Sirens - A Call to Arms 5. Dead Poets Society 6. Nuclear Heart 7. Poolside 8. Gold Sharks Glittering 9. Everything I Do 10. War News on the Radio 11. Chemtrails Over the Country Club 12. Things Money Can't Buy 13. Drinks by the Waimea Bay 14. Yellow Brick Road - Marigolds Pave the Way 15. The Bell Jar 16. Signing Off - God Bless and Fuck Off
  8. I want a 70's soft rock album like Ultraviolence but with way more psychedelia and Lana adopts a Satanic priestess persona called Lana Del Slay and in a music video she sacrifices men in a ritual in exchange for eternal youth

    Blanco White

I've been listening to Blanco White for about a year or two now and wanted to share his music! He has a very soothing voice. It's what I would personally describe as atmospheric indie acoustic music. There's not much info on him but he's a British musician who studied Spanish music and he often sings in Spanish too. His music is available on Spotify, YouTube etc. Here's some of his best songs:
  10. The selfie is gorgeous. Everyone was trashing it on Twitter idgi??
  11. Marina need to stop tweeting, it's like being fake woke on Twitter is her only personality trait right now
  12. What's the tea girls and gays
  13. I've been talking about this on my insta, but actors Cody Fern and Angelica Ross got together via livestream and were discussing everything that was going on. The video is over an hour long but SO worth it and is important to watch all the way through so it all sinks in. They discuss racial bias, racial profiling, white saviour complex (and how to avoid it), the protests, police brutality, looting, systematic oppression, white privilege and much much more. Angelica is an absolute gem. Cody asked all the important questions and what white people as such as himself can do to support the black community, and Angelica answering his questions in great detail. Please give it a watch if you can! You can find the IGTV on Cody Fern's Instagram page or you can watch it on YouTube
  14. Some ppl were dragging her already in her comments
