Paradise - Post-Release Discussion Thread + Poll

Didn't know this thread existed, just goes to show how underrated it is and how much more recognition this godly masterpiece deserves -
I always thought the 'M' stood for Marilyn Monroe and Lana said her grandmother so it wouldn't seem so 'fan crazy'

This is the thing that's tripping me up because Joanna looks SO much like Chuck????

With COCC, I can already imagine a Slim Aarons-esque cover. Lavish poolside aesthetics with bright blue, yellow and white colour palette. A very sparkly and clean cut, Stepford Wives concept. Think of a 1950's housewife cooking dinner in her little kitchen, and out the window you see a nuclear bomb explosion in the back. A white picket fence with bloody roses in front of them. Something twisted and sinister underneath the perfectly prim exterior.

Umm is no one going to talk about the leaked track list??? Or do we all think it’s fake? Is that why no one is talking about it? Check @@Diamondsintosnow Instagram I can’t edit my last post but the insta @ is dimondsintosnow Okay apparently it’s fake because of spelling errors? Ugh never mind. Still a pretty good track list tho

Not some of you skinny binches who live off of coke and rosé calling Lana fat. Just say you don't know what a healthy woman looks like and go -
Oh shit I forgot about this

I like some of her songs. I followed her music many years ago and thought she was going to blow up but never did... Fave songs: How Do You Love Someone, Naughty Naughty, Stealing Candy From a Baby, Rich Boi

The book is beautifully written but it's important to not let the romantic lines distort the truth about what the book is really about. I do feel awkward having the book in my possession, and have thought about throwing it away tbh... Also lots of people are saying Madison probably didn't actually read the book and just saw some aesthetic screencaps of the movie on Tumblr and branded it as her fave which I kinda believe
