This is a cute start to the new era! I had a feeling this was just a buzz single for Record Store Day. To be honest, I know that once the whole record drops I won't be listening to this song much BUT I do love the lyrics! It's very Ship To Wreck and Hurricane Drunk while the production is more sparse like their cover of Hospital Beds. I'm guessing the album announcement will come later this month. I'm so excited <3

They really wanted a radio single with this one huh..

I have to say, this snippet doesn't make me that excited for the song. I was expecting a faster/more alt-rock sounding song. The guitar and snaps sound so basic But it's only a 30sec snippet and Florence doesn't have a bad album or song (in my opinion) so I'm still excited for this era Last thought about the snippet: THE LYRICS ARE INCREDIBLE

River by Leon Bridges is one of the most beautiful and romantic songs ever created (sorry Video Games) I would cry if Lana ever did anything close that soulful sound on her next project.

Tyler, the Creator and Bootsy Collins) - 8/10 [i don't understand the hype around this song, though I do like it a lot] 14. Feel Like a Fool - 9/10 15. Killer - 7/10

Finally getting in to Flight 22, Feel Like A Fool, Just A Stranger and Dead To Me This really is an incredible album, start to finish. It's crazy how many genres she fit in one record and it still sounds cohesive!

Ben Howard is one of my favorite artists and we don't have a thread on him! I'm sure most of Lanaboards will hate his music and think it's "boring" because it's not some popstar, but Ben Howard is such a meaningful and talented artist that deserves attention. Ben Howard is an English singer, writer, musician and composer. Most of his work is considered indie folk, ambient rock or acoustic. His first record is more GP-friendly and upbeat, akin to early Jack Johnson, but his second record is darker and more ambient with hard-hitting lyrics and guitar riffs. He's relatively popular, with his individual Spotify song streams consistently being in the millions. He is a recipient of 2 BRIT Awards, and was nominated for a Mercury Prize in 2013. I'll share some songs from each record that are worth listening to for new fans! Poor Arcadia is getting so many notifications Heroin, Cruel World, Brooklyn Baby I would love if she did an album that was part UV "rock" style like Cruel World, part hippie-stripped back rock/folk like Brooklyn Baby with a few songs with intricate/eerie production like Heroin. (Bonus: The Blackest Day and Cherry)
