The "wap wap wap" sound in the background of SB sounds like the "wait" the crosswalk signals in my city say when you press the button to cross

She would post the lyrics to the song, but type them up like "U fit me betta then my favorite sweater". Sometimes they would be weird quips about Hollywood too. I distinctly remember that at the end of the Blue Jeans video description, after the lyrics, she typed "i promise". I still think that's the cutest touch

Drake just released his "mixtape" so I wouldn't worry too much about him dropping something to bump L4L down. Surprise releases aren't all that common, I don't think Drake would do another one so soon

Louis Tomlinson's new song is coming out on the 21st, not an album. Tyler's is the 21st though but I feel like he's not much competition with Lana, similar but different fanbases. I think she has a good shot

I just went back on Lana's Youtube account (not Vevo, the one where the original VG video was posted) and got so nostalgic for those old homemade-vibe videos. Something about them is so poignant and almost eerie but they were beautiful. Sad to see she deleted the super cute video descriptions she used to have I love to see her progressing and growing as an artist but that Lana will always feel most familiar to me.

I'm kinda miffed she has so many collabs on this album, I don't think there should have been two Rocky songs. I'm so excited for the Stevie and Sean collabs because I think they'll be interesting and different. But if anything she should have stuck to one Rocky track and not had The Weeknd on the title track, he added nothing. After having 3 full albums with no features she was probably eager to work with other artists which I support but I'm listening to the record for Lana.

I may not love the two snippets we got but I'm so here for the mixing of sounds on this record, the slow HM/UV-esque Cherry and White Mustang, the darker and more beat-oriented SB and GL, the thoughtful political tracks WTWWAWWKD and GBA, hopefully some acoustic tracks (come thru Yosemite) and who knows what else, queen of genre bending

He's so hot, and he has awesome street style. I'm not surprised Lana likes him so much

Sadly i'm not really vibing with the melody/pace of what we've heard but I hope that will change when we get the full track, the lyrics are so cool. Probably will be playing GL over this one

I'm surprised by what this sounds like! I had a feeling this and SB would be tracks with shitty generic trap beats and meh vocals but this sounds so cute! I'm so excited for the full version!

Funny enough I played BAR for my boyfriend who is a musician and is writing new music right now, it doesn't describe how that's going but its funny she wrote a song so relatable to my situation I'd actually say "Lucky Ones," he and I met in a weird way like the "stars aligned" like she says in the song. And I feel so lucky to have found him after I've been so down on my luck.

I forgot about that maybe she just won't say it in the song. Or at least tries not to make it sound embarrassing

Anyone else really hope In My Feelings is an interlude of some sort? At this point it kinda sounds like outdated slang and I feel like it would sound silly as a lyric
