  1. DON'T BE A BUMMER BABE BE MY UNDERCOVER LOVER BABE
  2. I loved her street style in these years, I am DYING for a racing jacket like the ones she used to have, but I can'f find one I like
  3. "The day I saw your white mustang" A song about realizing your man's junk is too big
  4. Unless it's from Lana, Lana's label, or any other official and reputable source from Lana's team there is no reason to believe it was delayed until August, people make shit up all the time. Why is this site so gullible sometimes
  5. I may not love the two snippets we got but I'm so here for the mixing of sounds on this record, the slow HM/UV-esque Cherry and White Mustang, the darker and more beat-oriented SB and GL, the thoughtful political tracks WTWWAWWKD and GBA, hopefully some acoustic tracks (come thru Yosemite) and who knows what else, queen of genre bending
  6. He's so hot, and he has awesome street style. I'm not surprised Lana likes him so much
  7. Sadly i'm not really vibing with the melody/pace of what we've heard but I hope that will change when we get the full track, the lyrics are so cool. Probably will be playing GL over this one
  8. I'm surprised by what this sounds like! I had a feeling this and SB would be tracks with shitty generic trap beats and meh vocals but this sounds so cute! I'm so excited for the full version!
  9. Funny enough I played BAR for my boyfriend who is a musician and is writing new music right now, it doesn't describe how that's going but its funny she wrote a song so relatable to my situation I'd actually say "Lucky Ones," he and I met in a weird way like the "stars aligned" like she says in the song. And I feel so lucky to have found him after I've been so down on my luck.
  10. I forgot about that maybe she just won't say it in the song. Or at least tries not to make it sound embarrassing
  11. Anyone else really hope In My Feelings is an interlude of some sort? At this point it kinda sounds like outdated slang and I feel like it would sound silly as a lyric
  12. Iconic black shirt and jeans, serving looks

    White Mustang

I hear armageddon and I feel like it has to be that, "I'm a getting" makes no sense lyrically or grammatically, it'd be Ariana Grande teas Anyways the snippet ended me, I wasn't that excited about this song from the first bit we heard but now I'm dying for it
  14. She doesn't, only her general artist page has the Neil Krug photo of her in the green dress as a banner

  17. it was Mermaid Motel, Serial Killer and Kinda Outta Luck followed shortly after.
  18. I think maybe she's in a better place than she was and she wants us to be too. However I miss the sadcore so much too I really think that melancholy sound is what she's best at
  19. Yesterday this song (album version) came on while I was in the car, and it really hit me how devastating the lyrics are. I guess I've been desensitized to it by listening to it between other tracks from BTD but for some reason I really listened and got choked up. It really captures the feelings you get after a loved one passes away. The bridge, the hook...the feeling of wishing so much you could see and touch someone but knowing the reality, that they're gone and not coming back. Throughout the lyrics she floats the idea of killing herself and it makes those last two lines so much more powerful. I've always wondered if she really lost a lover and this is inspired by those feelings.
  20. I could totally see her in the future retiring making her own music and producing or ghost writing for others like she said in the interview, sad as it seems. It seems like she's getting tires of the bullshit

  22. Tbh i have a theory that Del Rey could be inspired by Teisco Del Rey guitars, they were really popular guitars from the 60's.

  24. Completely agree, when I was going through a dark period of depression Ultraviolence was the only company I wanted and I truly felt "understood" by the music, like she was a friend who could connect to the way I was feeling. Now that I type that out it sounds so corny haha. But I will always love and be thankful for Lana deciding to share her gift with the world, and knowing that she's writing with us in mind is so nice
