  1. Obvi pure speculation but a Lady Gaga and final collab with The Weeknd would be more than enough to hold me over until springtime
  2. If this album is a bit of a reset on her persona / totally new direction after the last 3 records then I hope she works with someone new on the album artwork. She’s reinvented herself numerous times through her career: from Lizzie to cinematic sadcore Lana to west coast grunge rock and roller to Honeymoon’s lush old Hollywood jazz singer to 60’s hippie beginning to self reflect on her place in the world to deeply introspective poet who can’t get off her piano. I hope she puts effort into the visuals again even if (actually, especially if) TRPWS is an acoustic guitar, stripped down album.
  3. The goal post for any news or release continuously moving through all the seasons is a Lana staple. Eventually it will be “omg the end of summer / beginning of fall is the PERFECT time for her to announce the first single!”
  4. "Lana and I are just running headfirst into a very strange place. couldn't love it more." I wonder if we'll hear any of that or if these sessions are scrapped for now. Didn't Jack also say in an interview soon after Ocean Blvd they were venturing into uncharted territory, musically?
  5. I doubt she cleared that homemade TRPWS album announcement or Rock Candy Sweet announcement or Chemtrails announcement embedded in QFTC with her label. She can post whatever she wants whenever she wants…unfortunately for us. If it actually comes to fruition is another thing entirely.
  6. I remember when the pre-release buzz for NFR had fans theorizing that the cover would mimic the style of a Norman Rockwell painting. Instead, Lana delivered a new American iconic image—perfectly capturing that era (late 2010's) with the neon green "insta baddie" windbreaker, the LA fires in the background, and her invitation to view the world through her unique lens. I can’t wait to see how she transforms the gothic or country aesthetic into something unmistakably Lana Del Rey. The majority of her album covers are instantly recognizable and have their own place in pop culture forever. Hoping, praying, wishing for another iconic album cover like BTD, LFL, NFR
  7. Again: begging, crying, pleading for a preview of the vibe surrounding this album. One minute it's fetching water from your well in the dust bowl and the next she's POSSIBLY working with high end graphic designers who helped create huge moments in modern culture.
  8. I’m worried that Henry (and the rest of the album) might not go anywhere—minimal buildup and just acoustic guitar. She’s already mentioned focusing on less introspective lyrics, so my expectations are pretty low if the production is super stripped back, too. That said, if this is the direction she’s taking, it’s another unexpected move, especially after one of the hottest years of her career in 2024
  9. She’s probably just like us right now after the holidays / new year: ignoring work emails, pushing off deadlines and trying to chill out
  10. A long shot but we have nothing but theories at this point: what if the Fenway Park song is The Right Person Will Stay? The “past present future I see in you” lyrics could fit the title. Or if it’s not the title track maybe it’s a song she recently wrote after scrapping Lasso and moving onto TRPWS and indicative of the vibe of the new albumOr more likely than not it’s probs a smash hit that she scrapped and will leak in 2032
  11. Based off vibes alone I think they’re different songs. If there is a title track, I think it was written very recently.
  12. If the album is going to be stripped down and simple then I hope it’s like Yayo (AKA version) or a Star for Nick. And I hope she experiments with her voice in new interesting ways.
  13. Perhaps controversial but I hope she changes the name. It lacks the magic of her other titles. It’s so cheesy
  14. Omg wtf did I just walk into lock it up
  15. I’ll be offended on your behalf if they don’t spill after this artistry
  16. She finished Ocean Blvd in September of 2022, right? Think of all the gems she’s recorded since then 😍😍😍 She must have experimented with a wide variety of sounds and styles in the last 2 years therefore she probably has some bops in the vault all I’m asking for is one - just one - to be included on TRPWS, Lana
  17. I just want to hear something from the album in full. After nearly a year of theorizing and talking about it, it’s time we receive
  18. 5 exclamation points Pantene123 1+2+3= 6 6-5= 1 Today is 1/1 she’s coming TODAY and Henry is coming with her!!!
  19. Agree, especially about Ocean Blvd being another artistic peak. 2024 was jam packed with so much Lana content and I feel like she’s bigger than she’s ever been especially with the mainstream crowd. We know she doesn’t love or crave the fame so maybe a simpler record is her way to respect the balance.
