Yes, Lana, get them acoustics. Ditch (or at least dramaticaly reduce) the beats. Don’t let Emile touch anything.

I’m not going to lie, this pisses me off so much, mostly because people who call her anti-feminist don’t have a clue what feminism actually stands for (thank you, tumblr feminazis, for turning the topic into a joke). Most people now think that if a woman doesn’t act manly and doesn’t call tiniest of shots in a relationship, she’s automaticaly anti-feminist, even if that’s what makes her happy and that’s how she wants it. It’s not like Lana goes about the world and tries to promote female submission as the one and only dynamic a relationship could possibly have. God. I’m just gonna kill it here, before I turn it into a long and boring rant.

    Gimme. Now.

This is good to hear, since many people had the feeling she was running out of ideas. Guess we’ll see how she lives up to this claim when her new album comes out, but from the little info we have on it, it sounds fantastic. I hope I won’t overhype it in my mind, though.

Yeah, I don't know how she's gonna top those videos for DP and Cola, they totally slayed everything!!

(Seriously, I'm just gonna take any release date she mentions with a grain of salt.)

I think it's difficult to say that she's going downhill on the basis of the only track released since Paradise, and a seemingly phoned-in video. If you disliked Paradise, too, then fair enough, but I think that judgement should be reserved until we have more substantial new material to make an informed statement. Both Young & Beautiful and this video have quite clearly not been her primary focus; considering that this track is lyrically adapted for the movie rather than a bespoke creation, and that the video was likely done inbetween recording sessions, photoshoots, possibly touring (if having to "re-record" is accurate) then she's obviously going to stick to what she knows, play it safe, and not devote all of her time and attention to it.

I do agree that Young & Beautiful and this video are far from her best work, but I wouldn't use it against her just yet.

Hopefully it's a bit more comprehensible than Google Translate. Feel free to point out any typos and other sorts of fails, as I'm sure there are bound to be many .
