The title tho Barrie needs to get a stylist and a hot shower as soon as possible. He has a sex goddess next to him and he chooses to show himself wearing these clothes. Soo done   However, Lana seems to be in love with him and this is actually all that matters.

Also, can you imagine if they actually got married and Lana would write an album about the married life? It would be so interesting.

her album went platinum is Australia over a year ago. It is probably double platinum or close to it now
 
and I also don't get the logic some people have with the "I don't want her to be famous and successful, I rather want her to keep her to myself"-mentality. 
You know that when an artist is not selling enough, they get dropped and it gets pretty hard for them to release new music, videos, to tour etc. 
We should be very happy that she is one of the biggest selling artists right now. 

It’s about not really knowing anyone close to you who can help you, and being really lucky enough to finding people who you just meet randomly, who can take care of you until you can take care of yourself.

I really hope that she lies/misleads us in this interview. Without Justin Parker and Rick Nowels we will be back to the Lizzy Grant era. She is great, but she needs help to make her songs bigger. Just a fact.

She always makes it seem like doing another album is such a big problem to her....thank god she has a contract so she simply has to do it.

Plus if any of you guys noticed Roman Catholic imagery and icons are prominent in some of her picture sets and if you have seen her show the video playing in the back for Body Electric even had a picture of Pius XII I think? Or maybe Paul VI. But I think it was Pius XII. LOL

Lana is Roman Catholic. Today is Feast of the Assumption which is a holy day of obligation. On holy days of obligation Roman Catholics are supposed if they area able to attend mass. Other days are Feast of Immaculate Conception, All Saints' Day, Ash Wednesday, New Year's Day, Sundays and a few others I can't remember.

The VMAs should not be taken seriously. I wouldn't be mad or sad if she doesn't win or doesn't appear. But Lana is getting some serious street cred from her Europe tour and her lollapalooza set. 

Well... she did write it for the film. The chorus of the song is literally two and a half sentences.

I was at both shows too! Not very big on reviews, cause I suck at writing them but this is me in the blue so I think it shares my excitement enough

this is awesome   it's going to be Lana most successful single, sad but still pretty amazing 

I think she is doing more than fine. Her album is almost 80 weeks on the charts in the US. And I am pretty sure it will stay this way till the new album drops and will have another push for some weeks when the new one is out. None of her songs (maybe except for Video Games) have the sound to appeal to US radio, With the latest leaks we've gotten, I think Angels Forever could be a radio-friendly song. And even VG was mostly ignored by radio stations in the US

she looks beautiful and even Barrie looks good in my opinion

Awesome. I was at both shows also I wasn't able to get as close as you. I saw Icona Pop and they were pretty good. I think though that Lana started on time at House of Blues. I am pretty sure she started at 10 which was the announced time. I got in line at HoB at 7:00pm. I got into Chicago at about 3:30 and had a beer and ate before I went and I got a little lost in the Loop.
