Lana really does sound like she needs a break from it all. From the touring, which she sound relieved of, to constantly being in artist work mode. She just needs some time to break & live life. Rest up. Allow herself to figure things out. Let the inspiration for music to come. & Allow that internal well fill up. Because she did say ''I don’t have anyone writing anything for me. Yesss! I never know when it's gonna happen, but sure enough all of a sudden when listening to Born to Die I have a revelation about how beautiful and innovative it really is.
 
I honestly believe that BTD is gonna be one of those generation-defining albums that will get mentioned in music history books in 50+ years and I feel lucky to for once be alive and witness such a career unfold.  

I honestly thought latinos belonged in the white category racewise. Isn't latin an ethnicity a.k.a. a socially defined group, not racially? Not trying to start Tropico thread V.2 btw.

I don't buy for a single second that American is about Barrie. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
Dude's white af, his skin certainly isn't 'golden brown'. He also doesn't seem like the type of guy who'd listen to Crystal Method or drives fast around LA flirting with random girls, he actually seems like the exact opposite of that. 
 
 
And am I the only one who thinks Bel Air is simply about / inspired by Axl Rose?
