Anyone notice that the melody of the "Fallin hard, fallin high, through your arms" part (not quite sure what she's saying) sounds like the "let it fall, like your dreams" part in "watch the rain"?

To all of our surprise, this actually doesn't sound like anything she's done before! It's a beautiful song but it's weird hearing her voice that high through the whole thing. I'm so used to knowing her range that it seems very strained. I know she could never do this live lol. Very precious song though, and I'm glad it's almost all her, I thought it would be more 50/50 between her and Simon. also yas @ "my bones they used to glow". Glowing bones is like her lyrical signature.

The 7" rainbow thing is really cool but honestly I see your point and I think it's ridiculous that some members get so upset about other people "complaining". Like first of all, it's not the same person making a million complaints, everyone has different minor complaints and overall are really happy with what she's doing. I was a bit let down that froot was the firt froot of the month because we already have heard it and it was real eased last month so it's a bit silly... It's not like I made a big stink about it...

Ugh my dilemma is I want the physical CD but I also want the tracks early as she releases them... If you preorder the physical CD do you get the song downloads still?

The interview was a nice read, but I mistakenly thought she meant there would be a new track today called "grapes" or something and I'm kind of disappointed that the first track is just "Froot".. Does that mean the next one won't be until next month? Will we get the video today at least? She seemed to be really hyping 11/11. Anyway, super excited about her plan to do a song a month, and her plans for her next tour sound really nice!

My thoughts as well. I love the picture but something about the handwritten script and maybe it's size bothers me. I think it could've looked better typographically. But anyway, April 3rd? Why not 4/4 at least lol... And ugh that's longer than I hoped but doable if she releases at least 2 new songs before that or tours before that.

I never read the text being left aligned as a statement about being left center pop lol. I like it though. Honestly The Family Jewels is a gorgeous album cover imo. (although the font could be better, I was looking at the M today and realized it's kind of messed up and it really bothers me now). Electra Heart is acceptable. I don't love it but it's not bad by any means.

If you guys thought that was the album cover you have no faith! I think her last two album covers were pretty good! This would be a mess as an album cover but I think it works as the single cover.

Dead Air is beautiful <3 I love every song CHVRCHES make.. They all just have the "CHVRCHES" sound that I can never get sick of.

It's a bit busy but I love the picture and that she hand signed her name on it! (although Froot is not on Spotify in America, I just checked)

That's kind of what I was thinking.. It's not as if Charli hasn't sung dark and emotional songs before so I don't know what "new side" of her to expect... It sounds like the song will have a heavier focus on This Le Bon guy than I hoped though... And also he made it sound like he's the sole writer and wrote her part for her.

Lol there's always "fan" As far as the tween thing goes, it's something we've got to accept. Before anyone knew Charli I put some posters of her on my wall and felt pretty cool about it, now that everyone knows her I feel like a preteen girl.. You can't control how an artist changes their marketing I guess haha.

his solo stuff just kind of disturbs me... His imagery is really creepy and I just feel uneasy when I hear his music. I like experimental and dark stuff sometimes, but uneasy and disturbed isn't usually what I'm going for when I listen to music.. like wtf is this

She never referenced smoking or being high at all, she was just in amsterdam... But damn she does look hot in this one.
