This leaked on the day my first true love broke up with me after he attempted suicide. I really resonated with it at the time and it still physically hurts to listen to. The verses especially sound like heartbreak, emptiness & loneliness. Those strings just HIT some emotional nerve. I'm not ready for whenever the UV version leaks, if it ever does.

Totally agree. The Nikki + American Standards albums were more or less confirmed to be in progress, no? I don't think we have any indication that she wanted to release AKA or an entire unreleased album this year? I'm seeing it now: Blue Banisters album in October and American Standards in December. Nikki Lane collab album next Spring.
