Which only points out how ridiculous she is when posting: I mean, if she had kept her mouth shut until May, nobody would have expected anything from her for at least six months. Maybe this is why we are already « over » COCC: she already gave us two dates that won’t come through, plus a snippet. Any delay at this point will only disappoint us... when in all objectivity, we are getting another album before the end of the year (the shortest we ever had to wait for a complete album from her).

I don’t think it will be released on July 4 as planned if she is still working on it... but... she already teased the MV, so the era will probably start soon with the single. And she seems very eager to release this project, so maybe later this summer? Chemtrails was just released, so I am not that hungry for s complète album, especially if one single is summery (won’t be BB, I know loll)

I though BoZ said BB wasn’t produced by her usual producers... But maybe Jack composed the piano melody and Mike Dean (or some other producer) finished it? This era is confusing AF.

With Mike Dean on board, this era will probably be bigger than Chemtrails, maybe even NFR. (thank God he shared the BB post, so we know his involvement is for this record and probably not some side project or the next album)

The way she sings in the snippet, with the verbs in the past tense (Said he’d come back every May) and the probable false promises (taaake away my pain) makes me think the guy is long gone. But maybe this is a HTD situation, where a new guy comes and does help her paint her (damn) Blue Banisters loll. Woke up to the news Mike Dean is working with her... I guess it exits the country sound and opens the door to bigger production But the album won’t probably be out before end of summer though, with a single by the end of May, maybe?

Billie’s new album gives me such Chemtrails vibes from the singles out... But she clearly doesn’t have Lana’s voice to backup so minimal production lol As of BB... the whole BoZ confusing post made so fucking tired. I need to step back a bit from this project and the madness of prerelease. Every two hours I circle from excitement to disappointment. Everything is confusing as fuck and we have nothing solid about the direction of the album. Until further confirmation, I might take a short break from here, Until she posts something again. I love you all, but my sanity commands it lol.

I really don’t have a clue either about this record. I mean, we are receiving so many contradictory informations over the passed few days.

I’m still thinking we’re only getting one album, Blue Banisters. The question of when remains to be seen, but summer seems realistic. but what if Rock Candy Sweet is a now standalone single produced by Mike Dean (maybe it’s even the ASAP Rocky collab), cut off from Blue Banisters?

That would be a dream. Let’s just hope that clearer infos are on the way. Until then, I’ll hope for BB (both single and album) soon

I am one of the few that love LFL. True, it’s a messy and not as cohesive album as the rest of her discography, but I loved it because it was released in the summer (I love more diversified albums in summer) and it was a messy AF period of my life, so I connected to this album loll. plus there are some of the best tracks of her career on it. that being said, if there are a couple of hip-hop influenced tracks on BB, I wouldn’t be mad. Do I want an album full of it? No. Same about folk or country tracks. If BB is a « LFL 2.0 » but more cohesive, I’d be very much happy. As long as I have received my new credit card

Even when we’re winning big time, we’re finding new ways to be disappointed I mean, she did the exact same thing, to rename an album, with the one that was just released... I’m not entirely sure that BB will be the last project we’ll hear from her this year though: the audiobook could very well be out this fall.

I’m all for optimism and delulu, but this is next level I’ve seen here for a couple of hours. Not attacking you specifically though. I’m sure RCS and BB are the same, I don’t see how they could be two different albums...

Anything is possible with her, but it would be weird to release an album and another one a month later, like why not make it a double album? But again, who knows?
