Ok, call me naive… but another box was checked from « lustforlife »´s post on that site… - There is promo /an album campaign to come in the next weeks; - she did attend a post Grammy party; So A&W wouldn’t be the next single?!? and is the ocean Blvd IG account for an upcoming tour ?

Whatever single she chooses next, it has to be terrific enough to tide us over. I was very big on A&W being it (at 7 min+, it sure would do the trick), but as weeks pass and still not a new single in sight, any song would do. Sorry to be a bummer, I’m not super hyped at the moment for TUOB (I even stopped listening to the title track ). I think last week, with its radio silence, was the « « one-too-many » week that killed my vibe until something official happens, I’m going to pretend that nothing is being released until March.

I love them to death, but unless they provide new info about the rollout, it’s HER that needs to do something this week… Kintsugi was generous enough to give us a lot of info on the songs, but its not promo

Yeah I feel exposed although I enjoy very much BB, what is its sound? Piano (excluding Nectar of the Gods) and Light orchestra?!? Is that even a « signature sound? »… ? Lyrically, it’s clear what this album is about (telling her own story, passed traumas and relationship failures), but the sound of it is a bit hard to find…

I know it’s way too early to talk about this and it’s probably nothing, but all of Lana albums has a « signature » sound so far… UV comes easily to mind, with its jazzy electric guitar, HM has lots of strings… NFR is neo Laurel Canyon- melotron infused… COCC is midwest- folky… What if TUOB’s signature sound is… samples? VB will be sampled on Taco Truck, the collabs with RIOPY, Syml, Tommy, AK are all samples… The title track’s end reminds me a lot of the end of Dance Till We Die…

Well it’s been a dry run since Jan 13 (titty on a boxset tease and tracklist). We’re Feb 5… so I guess the next 23 days will be packed

I really love snippets… when they are close to the album release. She did post a lot in the LFL era, but it was pretty much a month before the album. With TUOB, like you said, thank God there aren’t any except for the 10-second Candy Necklace, which I barely listen to (not that it doesn’t sound good, it’s just too short, which is perfect if I don’t want to replay it over and over)

Preach! maybe there’ll be a preorder for the boxset then, same with what happened when the title track got released.
