Maybe she was just hiding out from the Grammys. Who could blame her? After writing well over 200 songs, a Grammy for "Summertime Sadness" is awarded to someone she has never even talked with or met.

"You smell like a million roses bathed in rock and roll"
Interesting line, and the way she sung it is so pretty.

Don't do car payments guys. Buy a car that you can afford to pay for with cash, even if that means a $1000 beater. Even ol' evil buys used cars. The only things you should ever borrow money for are a house or your education. #EvilFinancialTips -

I came across a comment today by someone I presume being a relative by Barrie (most likely her sister) saying he left Kassidy a long time ago already:
He obviously did because he wanted to settle down with Lizzy. I just... Even though Kassidy is still up and going it just sucks knowing this, since Kassidy was the boy band I never had that I finally got. Ugh. This is so heartbreaking

Money hunny
It's all about money, money
Well, alright

Alicia liked a post in a topic by TrailerParkDarling in SONG OF THE WEEK (#1)
For me, this song represents the feelings of a new love, and how it can bring happiness+ hope for good things to come
It reminds me of summer time when I was just getting to know my boyfriend, and he would always drive and I controlled the radio 8)
Like @@Rafael, I like the way she uses different intonations for various lyrics, like in "How'd you get so hot?" to make it sound more flirtatious/loving
My favorite line is "You tell me not to worry because you're the boss" I like the way its repeated in the video.. the "heavier than heavenly" line doesn't resonate with me as much as it used to, now that I know where that saying comes from ;p
Also, I feel like this is one of her more innocent songs. Typically- even in her nicest love songs- there is a twisted element to it. I.e. "Never Let Me Go"- I can be your Nancy, you can be my Sid, "I Don't Wanna Go" - "Loving you isn't right" "It's original sin" In "On Our Way", however, even though she's telling the guy that he's the boss, there doesn't seem to be any signs of an unstable relationship. She's saying WE're on our way ~as in they're going together~ instead of pleading for the guy to stay with her (or leave with her- i.e. Teenage Wasteland/ Lucky Ones, etc)/ lamenting the fact that her man has left her, which I think are common themes in LDR songs. (BUT this song also makes me think of EMGHW~ EMGHW being OOW's darker sibling song.. like the road trip that started in On Our Way turned bad)

Why is it all the celebrities you don't give a shit about have teams of crappy merchandise with their face and logo plastered onto it, yet the ones you do like have basically nothing? (okay okay I know we probably wouldn't like them so much if they did majorly sell out like that but still...)

I think his Twitter account should be verified considering the apparent wide attention whoring interest in him. As for Rob himself: you can be my daddy. Or granddaddy, rather.
