i don't even know if lana has 1 objectively best song, she has too many great songs, it's just too hard to say there's just 1 when there's like dozens of songs which could be her objective best

i don't even like the song all that much, but i think it's a little strange to say that anybody who seriously loves this song the most out of all of her recent releases is crazy & has "delusions of grandeur" (which doesn't even make any sense?) just let people like the song if they want to, maybe you don't agree that it's better than some of her releases, i think it's a pretty boring song myself, but if people like it, just allow them to enjoy it, they aren't hurting you in anyway by loving the song & it doesn't mean your personal opinion is any less valid

i agree with @Honeyyoung are you a fan or a hater? why do you feel so pressed about lana's "chart success" or how she was disappointed about losing the grammy's? honestly, i think she had every right to be disappointed, she's the most creative artist the past decade has ever seen & somebody who has taken elements of her style & watered it down into something more digestable & mainstream completely sweeped, as if lana hasn't changed the music industry & born to die isn't one of the most successful female albums of the millennium so far, i think it's a bit of a childish outlook to care so much about promo or charts or sales or whatever, maybe lana doesn't care to do a 1000 interviews, she lets them music speak for itself & she does what she wants, which i think is very admirable also, the song can't be THAT bad...
