CXI is very tight and well thought, no fillers all killers. CXII felt weird because some songs felt like she was trying too hard to get a radio hit and other felt more liker fillers, also she left out so many great songs like Sculpture which felt very CXI and also felt like a continuation to the sound and lyrical style of CXI. Super Sunset and Cape God feel very self contained and in their own worlds, while CXII just feels... Like a mix.

Whoa both masters are so much better. I adore how you can actually listen to the instruments of Hurricane with such clarity instead of the messy noise that the final master has.

She can fucking re-record it and own those masters. But yeah, we all know she is lazy af. Many artists have done it recently: Taylor Swift JoJo Aly & AJ Michelle Branch Namie Amuro She can leave and start over. She can re-record NTMT entirely in a few years once she gets the money and once she releases a brand new album or two. But I think the issue is that she truly is a Masochist and will do it the hard and painful way. There are many ways to do it, but she is so dumb that she loves it the hard way.

There are so many great indie artists that have half or a quarter the budget that Capitol gives to Sky. Sky just wants to hace the budget of a AAA singer in the industry. Dumb.

As far as I know, Halsey didnt "steal" from Sky but it was clear that Capitol wanted to turn Halsey into a similar alt pop girl as Sky. Capitol tried to make Halsey's aesthetic as similar as possible to Sky: her hair, clothes, music videos, etc... At least during the first EP and album era of Halsey. Then Sky started to call Halsey a copycat, then Halsey called her out. Then Halsey got her own aesthetic and Sky kept her same one even though many other musicians have tried to copy her (Soko, Hatchie, Nasty Cherry vocalist...) But yeah, Capitol is the real villain in the whole Sky vs Halsey feud

Who is the legit source of that? If it was Sky, then it is hard to tell if it's true or not. She lies so well. But you're right about them not being innocent nor nice people, I just find it so hard to believe in Sky

This. Many artists show up late, cancel shows or postpone releases, or even cancel stuff... All of them get to fucking IG or Twitter and apologize. But her? She blames everyone but her own self. Sure I love her music and she is very sweet in person, but her work ethic sucks. Everyone who gets close to her (Elton John, Miley Cyrus, Charli XCX, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Madonna...) at some point just forget about her because they all know that she is going nowhere with her lack of professionalism. She is trapped in the old Tumblr days where she was a thing and looking edgy was what drove the gays crazy and make em love her. She is over.

To sum up this year... 1. We all agree now that Sky is a liar. 2. We all agreed not to call her or see her as an addict. 3. We got a new single. 4. We got many bland and similar boring interviews. 5. We got amazing photoshoots. 6. We got many bad demos leaked. 7. We all agree that there's no album finished in these almost 10 years and it's not Capitol's fault. 8. Sky is the one and only to blame for being late to live shows and performances. 9. Sky sabotages her own music videos and that's the reason for the lack of them (Guardian, Love in Stereo, Don't Forget). 10. Halsey WAS right. For what it's worth, it WAS her best year since 2019.

You should make a deal with the leakers and leak something good by Sky and then they might leak what you want.
