The legendary sister duo Aly & AJ just appeared as guests in "The Good Doctor" acting as two sisters and musicians, that's so meta. But also they played one of their songs from their latest album during the episode. Imagine how much money they made with that single gig, and as they own the song master as they are independent artists, they earn even more money. It's not hard for Sky to do the same, she kinda did the same for the horror movie "The Green Inferno" where she had a very small part, and they had her song "I Will" during the credits. I really hope Sky goes fully independent after Masochism, if she's able, and start working as hard as Aly & AJ (who write their own music and co-produce the tracks) and have been releasing their own music since they made a full comeback in 2017 after a 10 years hiatus (their last album was on 2007 under Disney's Hollywood Records label). Since 2017 to this date they have released two EPs, three stand-alone singles and an album, a total of 30 tracks in just 6 years (compared to Sky's 26 songs officially released, not including covers and collabs in 12+ years). It's important to note that all these 30 songs have been written by the sisters, and they have funded every release, every merch, every tour, every music video, every vinyl and every CD from their own pockets. As they are also actresses, they found and relatively easy way to fund their music career and have a huge fanbase. Sky can easily do the same, she has acting gigs, music gigs, model gigs, and is someone with a lot of contacts in every industry that I just mentioned. Wow, no one here defended her as I thought someone would. It's going to be a huge meltdown for her if she happens to announce her NFT. It wouldn't be that bad if she wouldn't have preached too much about "saving the mother nature" in her music after the hiatus. I just can't with hypocrite people, not even if it's one of my favorite artists. I will keep on supporting her, but I will let her know when she's acting like a clown. Someone must stop her from doing dumb things.

I really am, can't wait to hear Constant Repeat, I freaking love what Charli teased. So far the singles have been great, I love how mainstream the sound is yet very Charli sounding.

Tbh I haven't keep up with this thread because in the last 3 months there has been a lot of leaks, mostly very LQ to MQ files that really ruins the listening. And tbh, I haven't been too keen of these very early stages demos, the songs sound SO raw and they don't sound that listenable haha. But I would like to have everything that has been leaked in HQ and that are listenable.

Afaik, it's only her asking the attendees to enjoy the show and not have their phones out all the time filming everything, it makes her feel like people are not enjoying the show and like they are not present in the moment. Edit: nevermind, just read something about people screaming things to her that makes her uncomfortable, but didn't get to read what things were. And for "people" I guess it means GAY FANS, cause I don't think random straight guys would go to her show and pay just to scream at her.

If she's a perfectionist, as many people claim her to be (and say that's the reason why she takes too long), there's no way she would be able to pull out a double album when she can barely finish a standard-lenght one.

Completely agree, sometimes I believe that they have zero input in those kind of things, someone ignorant just reach out to them and ask them if they wanna get money and if they agree then they just leave everything to that person.
