Poppy was never on the song to begin with and I was also stating my opinion. Like I said, you can always share your Poppy love on the Poppy's thread. Idk why you have to drag Hana in the first place, when the girl is being accused of being a "replacement" by fans like you when she was just working with her friend. Idk if this has been mentioned already but yeah the leak Grimes was referring to was Play Destroy. From the tweets she liked and her now deleted Instagram story, she's basically showing us that she didn't want her collab with Poppy to be released because of the backlash from the announcement of their collab and maybe she also researched the Mars Argo situation herself. I get the vibes she wanted to distance herself from Poppy so even though she was pissed that they released Play Destroy, she didn't want to waste her time on her ever again. If you look up Chris Greatti, he says that he and Grimes produced WAP, HANA's vocals were on the original, and that all three of them wrote the song. He's also co-written songs with Poppy, so that's probably why the lyrics sound like something she'd sing. I wonder how he feels about the situation, because he supposedly emphasized in an Instagram comment that HANA did not replace Poppy on the song.

This is coming from Poppy, the same person who defends her abusive/creep of a partner, Titanic and who continued to throw subliminal jabs at his ex, despite the fact that she herself was allegedly abused and Mars provided proof of her traumatic experiences in the lawsuit. I don't believe a word she says. If Grimes ended up following Mars, then something happened behind the scenes that showed Grimes that she made a huge mistake collaborating with her and Titanic. Titanic is very controlling, so they both probably got into many disagreements behind the scenes. He probably pulled the same stunt like last time by flipping it on the victim ("Titanic isn't abusive, SHE's (Mars Argo) working with my abuser"). This time it's "Titanic is easy to work with", Grimes was actually the one who was "controlling". That "self-proclaimed feminists" part also sounds like something Titanic would say in a rant on twitter. HANA seems like a great artist and sweet person, so why would she still be close friends with someone like Grimes if Poppy's claims were true? Grimes can be a hypocrite to me sometimes, but that's the worst I get from her. I call bullshit.

If this is true, then I'm glad Grimes came to her senses.

People hate the VB cover, but I don't mind it at all compared to MAC. The reason it doesn't look good isn't because of her "no makeup look". I think if she had let her hair down in a nice way and hired a different photographer for it, those simple changes would've made it better. I love this natural look phase, but hate the pic. Also, why does it look like it has a ugly old instagram filter on it?

I never thought of separating some songs into an EP, so I did yesterday like you did with a few switches here and there and OMG. It sounds even better than my first rearrangement! Hmm... off the top of my head... Your Girl - I actually hate this song. Angels Forever, Forever Angels - a lot of people love this one, but I think it's okay. I'm glad she left it off Paradise because it's too close in subject matter with Ride and I think the EP would've been too repetitive. Noir - this should've never gotten leaked. lol And then songs that I thought were nice, but didn't age well for me... JFK - it's ok Prom Song (Gone Wrong) - it's so cute, but not her best. I listen to it less and less as I get older. Starry Eyed - it's ok TV in Black & White - catchy, but I get she didn't release it Queen of Disaster - the "Ladies and Gentlemen, for the very first time-!" part is sooooooooooo cringe. It's not my fave like it is for others, but it's a bop though. I'll give it that.

I actually still believe that fan at the pop up shop who said that the album was coming in six months. Like other people said before, LFL was meant to be released differently before the leaks and Lana's addition of new songs happened. Same with Sylvia. Although she said that to those of you in the very front row, the rest of us in the crowd didn't get that info because she didn't speak it into the microphone so we didn't get that info. I was actually surprised that people said she said that in the San Diego show bc we didn't hear any of that. Even now knowing it's true, along with listening to the snippets, I still don't trust anything as final and only hope since Lana changes her mind so much. And yeah she probably won't say anything at Jack's show bc it's a special event. It wouldn't make sense and be weird like you said.

He could be still a part of the album in some way tho! This is a huge reach, but what if Lana by chance (With Chuck's past album imagery ideas, I doubt it) has a guy representing NR in the background or in one of the photos for the album artwork and he's the one posing as him? I'm definitely wrong. A girl can hope. lol If anything he's a family friend or random guy she met who she thinks is pretty cool.

Like others have said, it's not the fact she hasn't released music in so long, it's the fact that she sets a certain deadline after explaining her situation, but making it seem as if everything's good to go, then not coming through with it. I know life happens, but I've never followed an artist who uses that many excuses before. And I can't understand at all how her counterparts who have less of a privilege as her, have already surpassed her. Other artists have their personal demons and issues with their own labels, but they're still doing what they love. When Charli XCX was going through a rough time touring, she made it clear to her fans that she would take a break and leave the joint tour with Bleachers. Since then (3 years ago) she's been releasing her music despite the problems she has with her label. Girl, how do you take a year to do a song while artists like Lana can make an album in about 15 months? And it's not even about the time it takes either, what I mean is that there are legit unknown artists rn making music in the comfort of their own homes bc they don't have the money or platform Sky has, but they're hustling, doing what they love out there. She seems shady af bc she does things like- idk if it was last year or what, but she captioned a pic with a date and her fans (obviously) thought it meant a date for new music, but then she got upset when they were upset it ended up being for something else. Why not just say what the date was for to avoid confusion??? It's one thing for your mental/physical health to be so bad, it hinders your ability to do your job (THAT, I have empathy for), it's another thing to use your health to guilt trip your fans for having expectations after you kept making promises to them (THAT is shady af to me). That's why I said earlier she should be honest with herself and stop teasing dates or album announcements.

Omg I completely forgot about him! I loved his first album and I agree! The only songs I can remember that I liked after "+" have to be... "I See Fire", "Thinking Out Loud" and "Shape of You". Maybe it's his new mainstream sound but none of his new music interests me now.
