Operas? girl have you ever even seen opera? As much as Lana has potential, she's nowhere near making Traviatas, Aidas or Bohemes... doing a concept album doesn't mean you're making a musical/opera, it just means you're making a concept album. operas and musicals have themes, leitmotifs, characters. They are whole stories.

we probably have some of those. for example this is la, blindfold me, troubled mind, etc... they were probs up on myspace back in 2005-6 and then she took them off bc it was just her screaming over autotune

I don't think that's fair to say. If she trained she could really improve, the thing is she doesn't even try. She'd rather smoke, drink, do poppers and scream all night long at her afterparties. It's true that, as of now, her vocals are the least interesting aspect to her music, but I don't think things are set in stone. Luckily she gets away with having this voice bc she uses autotune anyway (in an artistic, conscious way, but she still uses it) and you barely hear what she actually sounds like. She could never do what Sia does (thank god bc her album are 3/4 fillers) or Sara Bareilles tho (as of now)

Both VV and N1A/P2 have been released on vinyl. CDs would be so cool tho! Vinyls are cute but they cost a lot, the equipment is pricy and they deteriorate on top of not being particularly better than cds as far as sound is concerned. And cassettes... are fucking stupid

yeah it's sad but it has more to do with Charli teasing the shit out of the songs and never releasing them than anything. before baby snippets came out, for 3 years the only thing we heard asked for was inha, and when we got it the fandom died again. if only she stopped performing so many songs that she has no intention to releaae whatsoever we would literally shut up. and if she released em, buy them. not releasing them is a lose-lose situation because they get leaked and she can't make money off them like if she had released an Exchange EP everybody would have loved it and she could've made easily money off of songs that have now been leaked
