I've known what racism is since I was a little kid, I literally remember when I was like 8 or 9 I made a racist joke in front of my best friend who happens to be black and the hurt on her face made me realize how bad that behavior was and how much it hurt people and from that day on it never happened again. BUT as a non american I only became aware of how bad that word is when I was like 15 or 16? I even thought using that word while singing songs was okay, but then I looked it up and found out how awful it is for a non black person to use it. This doesn't excuse Slayyyter's behavior of course because she is american and even at the time she was probably aware of her actions (in one of the tweets she even uses that words and say something like "i'm white" so) so... the way she acted was disgusting

I felt like I was having a fever dream while scrolling through her tweets like... this is too much wtf

I like the vocals from HIAB way more, the way she sings on the second chorus is just out of the world amazing. The way she sings "we should catch it while dancing I (...) try to catch it like lightning I" is... oof also I love the production of this song but that doesn't come as a surprise since Rick God Nowells put his finger on this one, I love you daddy! Cinnamon on the other hand was one of my least favorites right after the album was released, but the song has grown on me ever since and I think the lyrics "there's things i wanna say to you but i'll just let you live" are one of the most powerful in this album but its still not amongst my favorites like Happiness so... Happiness wins.

Also her past works had impecable bridges. NFR can't relate. (I feel the need of making a disclaimer that NFR is actually on my top 3 Lana albums)

Funny how you chose one of the two songs that weren't originally written for NFR to illustrate how good her songwritting for this album is

I really enjoyed this one but the wild encounter rate is insanely annoying At certain point I almost gave up because I couldn't take three steps without getting jumped by a Crobat or sum

You literally just described all the girls who would listen to Lana during the BTD era. Hell, not only girls but gays too! The point is: why should we shame women based on how they want to feel or be perceived by others? Especially young girls since that's the majority of Billie's audience. Trashing girls and women because they want to feel a certain way is so... misogynistic? Why are y'all so bothered by this? Don't you realize that by saying this you're just being even more boring acting like what you listen is "real" music and you are, in fact, the unique one? I know a lot of people don't like Billie but if she wins I'll be very happy. Her album is amazing and she's a great artist, and I really like her personality. I haven't been this interested in a new artist since idk when, she's awesome.

Only one local artist, and there's rumours about Little Mix headlining too but if they come they won't perform on the same day as Kylie. And yes I'm sure the money will be worth it! Kylie and Madonna are must sees for me they're the top of the top so I'm sure I'll have a great time. I've always wanted to see her live since I was like 14 and this is the first time she's coming here since 2008 so I have to go

No tea but I tried listening to thank u next like 5 times and still can't name one song other than the three singles. They all sound so alike it's insane. And Vampire Weekend's album is really boring, I didn't like it at all. Lizzo has some cute songs though, but Billie and Lana remain the superior ones. If Lana loses I'd rather see her losing to Billie or Bon Iver (haven't listened to his album yet but everything he puts out is gold so I'm assuming this one is great too).

I'm just sitting here waiting for the festival she's headlining in Brasil to drop the ticket prices bc I'm 100% sure it will be expensive as fuck and I still have to pay for my Harry Styles tickets but there's no way in hell I'm not seeing Kylie live. Debt here we go!
