She definitely lost like, a ton of weight in a really short period of time. 

I just can't watch this video the same way knowing that it was used unleaked UV footage that finally saw the light of day. I'm happy we finally got to see the video but it would've topped the short life of the UV era perfectly. A controversial video tributing an old serial killer in a controversial era based off a mans violence.  Unfortunately i've accepted the fact that that was the video we got for a song that has nothing to do with the footage. The underwater girls had potential too but instead they turned out to be a 6 minute long end credit. 
 
Lucky for Lana that 2012 throwback look made up for it (kinda)

wowowow there are incredibly beautiful shots throughout this entire video. This video captured Lana in a more stripped light than any other video she has done has, but for that reason I just can't help but think what a shame it is that it wasn't used for it's original purpose because it's the definition of what Ultraviolence was. And Freak as a song is just hard to be excited by because it is so mediocre. 

Of course I had to make my own edit for a song I think actually deserved a video

I just realized that since Lana is going to be at the premiere she has to wear something. Pls Lana come thru with this look 

I remember last year, she talked about how influenced by the Liz Taylor movie The Sandpiper she was at the time and how it gave her ideas for videos. From the few visuals we got I can already sense it coming through, it fits with the lyrics.

Lana would have been the controversial queen of 2014 and the streaming would have been HUGE for ha.
 
I mean the cover promoting smoking (original cover) [badass and controversial]
- West Coast (heavy drug use)
- Shades of Cool (death scene in video right after controversial guardian interview)
- UV (Jonestown omg)
 
Honestly speaking, it was controversy (well on top of good music) what made Born To Die so huge and iconic. First the accusation of authenticity (Lips, Surgery, blah), Snl, etc.
 
The UV era would have been truly "Ultraviolent", but it was intentionally tamed down.
