I'd say her peak was TFM, some lyrics on that one are really good. BTW has really weak lyrics that try to convey deep meanings, some barely make any sense (New York is not just a tan that you never lose?? Love is the new denim or black?).

I'm sure Lana and Gaga have very different notions of achievement and you can see that in pretty much every aspect of what Lana does, from performance to the promo of her singles to her social networking with her fans etc. Also, from how mostly-dead the Chats&Sales part of the forum is and how people don't really care about awards and stuff, I think a lot of Lana fans also have a very different idea about achievement too (but not all of them). I still doubt there's any point in comparing that or insinuating who's "better". They're two very different artists. I prefer Lana for what she is and find Gaga ridiculous in many ways nowadays but that means nothing to people who like her. So statements like the quoted one kinda mean nothing to us either.

Haha, she dealt with it like I do too, just keep smiling . (there's a requirement I always hit my head when getting out of a car) She looked quite glam, I didn't think the make up made her look that old.

I loved that too, but in a way it kind of made me sad because no one on the show was an outright terrible person (well, maybe that Sandy chick) and I wished the people in my school and around me were like in Daria's. Real life doesn't really work like that.

Daria's one of the things which got me through last year, I love it. I'll always relate so much to the show. Need to re-watch it sometimes, got all the seasons
