Realistically, Piper probably gets time in SHU for it, but I know she stays in Litchfield, considering a lot of the characters got bumped up to main in season two.
Miss Claudette got sent to Max because she assaulted a CO, the rules are different for inmates.
Even though the show is a fictionalized version of the book, the real Piper stayed in Danbury (I think that's what it's called), so fake Piper will stay in Litchfield.

I don't think Lana has ever been a very glamorous person (remember Chuck's comments on her style and her cute&tacky Lizzy days?). I think in her songs she sometimes likes having this glamour persona with big hair and red dresses - and after releasing Born To Die she tried to impersonate it for awhile, but even then she always had her 'street style' when not at events and stuff. Maybe by now she's more confident with her own style, or combining the two together. I don't know, I change my ideas of what would look pretty on me yearly or more often, I'm sure she does too.

As long as Lana is happy in what she wears, we should be happy. She doesn't need to go around constantly trying to impress people. I know she's a "celebrity" but it's her choice when she's at an event to wear whatever she feels comfortable in.

oh right, because she's a woman she should HAVE to look 'flawless' all of the time. she should have to spend her whole life trying to impress people who she doesn't even know personally.

maybe she's not trying to impress people because she was under the impression that her fans weren't so shallow as to care about what she looks like anyway.
