  2. Kill Kill - 12 Queen Of The Gas Station - 7 Oh Say Can You See - 8 For K Part 2 - 8 (+) Mermaid Motel - 7 (-) Put Me In A Movie - 10 Yayo - 13
  3. She just said she was afraid UV would be forgotten "like all great things." She's the last person to sell-out for sales. Most artists would have followed up BTD with mainstream pop, but she released an alternative rock album. She does what is genuine to her and you should be more appreciative of that. Don't be sad, though. You'll always have Mariah around to release the generic crap that you love so much.
  4. She did say that she wasn't crazy about the production on BTD, though. She has even more creative control now and Haynie doesn't fit the sound she is going for.
  5. Guys, Ronson and Haynie co-produced three tracks (two together) on Unorthodox Jukebox. Let's not get carried away. That said, Jeff Bhasker is also a friend of theirs and has worked with Lana on BTD. I just highly doubt that she would seek out Haynie for the sound she is going for. She worked with him for BTD because he was able to supply the hip-hop beats that she had wanted to combine with strings, but wasn't completely satisfied with the end product.

  9. I think you guys are taking the "other woman" thing far too literally. I think she's just saying that she's always felt like she was on the periphery of society in one way or another.
  10. Kill Kill - 13 Queen Of The Gas Station - 7 Oh Say Can You See - 8 For K Part 2 - 9 (+) Mermaid Motel - 5 (-) Put Me In A Movie - 10 Yayo - 13
  11. Kill Kill - 13 Queen Of The Gas Station - 6 Oh Say Can You See - 9 For K Part 2 - 9 Mermaid Motel - 6 (-) Put Me In A Movie - 9 Yayo - 13 (+) I love all of these except for Mermaid Motel, which is the most ridiculously overrated song in her discography.
  12. Or maybe he declined? Although, she made it sound like he had already finished a few tracks when saying it was a departure from his usual style.
  13. Mark is ignoring Lana questions and answering the same girl over and over
  14. Actually, I take that back. About an hour and a half from now. I converted time incorrectly.
  15. About an hour and a half. They're taking questions submitted on Twitter.
  16. Yeah, I could see him just ignoring Lana questions. i need some tea, though.
  17. Lana doesn't ususlly feature collaborations with other artists she respects on her own albums. I think she wants them to feel as personal to her as possible. I could see Courtney playing guitar on a track or something, but not much more.
  18. Yes, that entire concert was incredible.
  19. Kill Kill - 12 (+) Queen of the Gas Station - 7 Oh Say Can You See - 10 For K Part 2 - 8 Mermaid Motel - 7 (-) Raise Me Up (Mississippi South) - 1 Put Me in a Movie - 9 Yayo - 11
  20. Guys, don't forget to tweet your questions (with the hashtag, #AskMarkRonson) about Honeymoon for this tomorrow:
  21. Ronson produced The Like's Release Me album, which was an interesting combination of 60s girl band with the wall of sound technique and 90s soft grunge guitars. I wonder if it will sound similar to that (slowed down with jazzy orchestrations, obviously).
  22. Inb4 Interscope cancels the Ronson sessions and makes her worth with Dr. Luke.
