Normally when anyone does an obvious riff on the beat-to-death Lana Del Rey themes I actually feel a physical repulsion but this is quite endearing and the video is really good wtf

This remains THE Lana hidden gem... Hypnotic. They were in their Into Dust bag here. What strikes me soooo much about this song is how identical her vocal delivery is present day. It really sounds like it could have been recorded yesterday and not many of her songs have that quality at all. I also believe the lyrics are "Hours fly like railroad ties" which makes so much more sense as it's saying the hours pass as quickly when they're together as the tracks beneath a train do.

She's not interesting enough and doesn't have the artistic integrity nor vision to be invited into the Bratosphere This whole album/movement/phenomenon is so intoxicating. THIS is culture

WTF Buttercup sounds like it was from the same session as Casual My Muse sounds like it was from the same session as Read & Makeout I think these songs sound a bit too meandering and hookless (much like Read & Makeout) Interesting tho!

Only checked in for Number 1 Angel from that point on but BRAT has been on constant loop which has me simultaneously replaying True Romance
