I knew someone would point that out I had an alternate ending ready just in case. Lana goes out on the balcony and starts screaming for help, pretending someone killed her husband. She plays the victim and attends the funeral in a huge black gown and black sunglasses. (In order for this to work Lana should be able to act but oh well )

I should be studying but nvm Honeymoon: I had this idea of a black and white video of Lana dressed as a bride by some Italian coast holding a bouquet of white flowers (not like the UV video, something more ethereal) Also scenes on a cruise ship with her lover but we never see the man's face at all (his face is always covered/darkened) and for the final chorus and outro a burst of colour and scenes of Lana and her man (sounds silly but it works video-wise) playing hide and seek among huge flowery trees in an old Italian hotel. GKIT: An old Vegas hotel, full of neon lights. Lana lies in bed with the TV on. During the chorus rays of coloured light enter thorugh the windows and light the room. Nothing else. Salvatore: video takes place in an old Italian villa, Lana looks like the L'uomo photo shoot and she's married to this maffiosi gangster (who's kinda old but hawt) most of the video consists of Lana eating soft ice cream on a huge balcony. Lots of everyday type of scenes between the two of them. Somehow Lana murders the man. During the bridge she's standing by the corpse but we don't see the dead man. Slowly the camera pans out to reveal the man lying dead by her side. For the final chorus I picture Lana being escorted by the police looking glamourous af

I can't listen to HM in full, don't know if it happened cause it was late but the only time I did I fell asleep just before HBTB (I'm not saying it in a shady way, it just happened) The songs are quite long and I prefer to listen to them individually, if that makes sense

I know I said BTD was my favourite album for a long time but I simply changed my mind lol UV is better production wise and really cohesive, I could listen to it on a constant loop and I wouldn't get tired of it

I think UV will remain her best piece of work but that has nothing to do with this thread

Well I think HM is doing great with the critics despite (don't hate me for this) not being her greatest album. Still glad they're finally recognizing her work
