I was thinking the same. It seems like it she might be pronouncing it as "and ya lean on ya sycamore tree"

It's really sad to me that things escalated so far that she's had to take time out of her treatment, and what should be a peaceful time for her, to address the issue. Stans really are the worst.

Radar Online are citing a family source as saying Britney's "overwhelmed" by the #FreeBritney movement, and that she doesn't understand why there's so much drama about her seeking treatment. I mean, we'll never know who that source is or whether it's reliable, but that's precisely what I was worried would be the case. Britney seems like a very private person since 2007, and I imagine this kind of interest makes her uncomfortable. I don't think fans are considering her at all in reality.

Fans are clinging on to this like it cracks the code, but Lynne appears to like almost every comment she receives. I wouldn't put too much weight into it because it's not out of the ordinary. We know absolutely nothing about the reason her conservatorship was approved, and why it remains in place today. We don't actually know why she's seeking treatment and what events led to that decision beyond what has officially been said which was vague but understandable - to say otherwise is false at this point. I think the trouble with the podcast is that it's served to perpetuate a theory fans have held on to for over decade, and they've latched on it like it's truth, but there was nothing verifiable about the podcast's claims. Fans say they want to support Britney, right now support would look like accepting her decision to cancel the residency, accepting that she's seeking treatment voluntarily (which is the line reputable sources are going with) and wishing her and her father well.

I find the speculation inappropriate and gross. It's like fans learned nothing from 2007.

It's a much more interesting video. Clearly unfinished, and a lot of work still to do, but the potential was there.
-
Definitely the best songs on the album to me. Her voice sounds so pure on Birdie.

Are you asking because what we have is low quality? Unfortunately it seems the original file the label submitted to iTunes and for the Japan CD was low quality to begin with so it's the best we have. A lossless rip won't be any different. I feel like that image of Dignity 2.0 might be fake? Like, it's pretending to be a scan of the promo CD, but it's clearly been made in photoshop like you can see the artefacts around the Hollywood Records logo where the person hasn't used a high quality image. Just seems weird. I have heard Not Another Chance and Twisted are being traded around though.

The songs are really cute, and as a fan they're nice to have - especially as Hilary's unreleased stuff never leaks - but I wouldn't say any of them are better than the songs we got on Breathe In. Breathe Out. or that any feel like they deserved a space on that album.

It would be so much better without the overlays and projections. Just some nice, clean and simple shots of Marina in the snow during the day and at night.
-
Song and video are so perfect - I like that it's a new kind of visual for her, and nice to see some DIY set pieces again! It's giving me bounty/kin vibes, but outer space.

So excited for this. She's going on a US/CA tour starting in April 2019 too - https://ionnalee.com/concerts

Here Is A Warning is my favourite from the album, and favourite part of the audiovisual.

New single called Open Sea will be released Friday! https://twitter.com/ionnalee/status/1092080886827438081

So cool. It'd have been great if they released a 20th Anniversary remix.

Anyone listening to the remastered albums? Part 1 was released last week, and part 2 will be released next week. Also, if anyone's interested, Faber are releasing a lyric book curated by Kate herself, featuring a selection of her lyrics from across her career. There's a standard edition available here: https://www.waterstones.com/book/how-to-be-invisible/kate-bush/9780571350940 And a limited edition (500 copies), signed by Kate, will be available for pre-order tomorrow: https://www.waterstones.com/book/how-to-be-invisible/kate-bush/9780571352845

I was just coming to post this. I haven't listened yet, but I already know I like the first 3 songs that were already released. The artwork is gorgeous.

Revelation is cute and understated. I like it.

I love the "Untouchable 5" so much. It's a shame she didn't continue with them, but I'm also glad she didn't because I doubt we'd have got Ultraviolence as we know it and it's one of my favourite albums from her.
-
Haven't heard any more about it. I guess it's not happening, unless they're releasing it later than planned.

What scrapped album? Are you referring to Original Doll? It was never really an album, and only the song "Mona Lisa" was definitely intended for it as she premiered the demo on the radio without her label's permission and mentioned the album title in a short interview (the song was later re-produced and released on the "Chaotic" EP/"Someday (I Will Understand)" single in 2005). Everything else people include as part of it are just outtakes from In The Zone and Blackout -- a lot of her unreleased songs are great though, and if you want to you should check them out. This website has pretty much all of them, but they aren't streamable: https://britney-online.net/media-bar/demos/ "Rebellion" and "Just Yesterday/Little Me" might have been for Original Doll, but we only have snippets of those songs she shared on her website.

I really like "I Do", and I'm surprised how well it's doing on iTunes. They've released a new song called "Paris" which is completely different to the folky-vibe of "I Do". Here on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/album/4BUrMAqQ6TUNFoE00brSOd

The films out at the start of November, I believe, so I imagine it'll be released around then.
