  1. I SAW THAT TOO! MANIFESTING A NEW PRODUCER FROM THAT POINT ON!
  2. Little Twitter trolls are really quoting Lana's tweet like "ugh you're so salty/mad right now", "it probably hurts to post that" or "your managers forced you to tweet that"?! The non-sensicality of it all.
  3. People will have to deal and get over their overly sensitive selves. She's none of that shit.
  4. I'm honestly glad she's standing up for herself. She might not be the best public speaker, but you can tell she's tired of being labelled one, if not all, of the things you have mentioned in your comment. That little stan had it coming.
  5. Even on here. People started writing essays about how they were convinced that Lana is/was a Trumpie. The clownery of it all.
  6. She really said: I don't give a rat's ass that you got my name tattooed on you hoe, unstan now. The clock is ticking.
  7. I think she's had enough with "fans" pushing narratives on her. Good for her honestly.
  8. Channeling that Canadian positivity for our neighbours down south
  9. She's channeling 'Wizard of Oz' wow. She's so pretty.
  10. FWIW you should try one of those little record player brushes to clean them of pet hair and other debris

    Song vs. Song

    Bad Disease vs. Angels Forever
  12. Anyway, here's the first of many posts that will be about the genius that is Alexandre Desplat. I have a particular appreciation for score of the movie 'The Queen'. The music to this biographical drama is just superb, it's emotional, grand, regal even magical at times? It has some slight Harry Potter-y vibes, love it. The use harpsichord and harp convey that sense of like "grandeur". The whole score just fits the movie perfectly and completes every scene. Here's a couple of my favourites from the movie. The scene in which this track is played is just superb, the overview of the Queen's estate is just majestic with the music playing! Pretty much the theme of the movie, it comes back in different variations throughout the film. I like how this song breaks into a variation of the previous song at 0:44, but it's a bit more intense and "magical". Love this one too. Last one, even though it's pretty short, the break down here is very intense and fits in so well with the scene it's featured in. Definitely get the sense of urgency.
  13. @takeitdoen GREAT picks! Now you have me wanting to re-watch 'A Series of Unfortunate Events'. Also 'Prince of Egypt', 'Memoirs of a Geisha' music :chefskiss:
  14. I don't really know where to start, so here's a few of my favourite tracks from the 'Star Wars' cinematic universe. The classic Star Wars theme. The Imperial March Probably my favourite piece in the entire Galaxy. Padmé & Anakin's love theme. You just feel E P I C listening to the 'Duel of the Fates'
  15. Lo and behold, here's the 'Soundtrack thread'. Where people on LanaBoards can share their favourite movie & TV shows soundtracks & scores. Cheers!
  16. Dangerous Woman is an underrated pop masterpiece, sweetener was good but not her best effort imho. Sorry to hear.
  17. Are people really expecting Ariana to push the boundaries of pop music? Her last two records couldn't have been more basic and redundant (minus 'no tears left to cry'). It seems to only be this mix between trap beats and random high notes( if were lucky). I haven't heard the leaks, but if it's anything like the title track (which legiterally sounded like any other songs from both 'sweetener' and 'thank u, next') I'm expecting the same wishy-washy/overdone musical style. She might be working with different producers at each turn, but they always make her stuff sound the same. Stream 'Dangerous Woman' now!
  18. Oh wow an Halloween/monsters themed music video... Yes!
