For me it's more about what he won't do ... with his platform he could easily step up and say "yes, there are numerous, serious problems with law enforcement, and here's what I recommend we do about it/here's what I'm doing about it" or some shit ... but nah. I mean, I think law enforcement is inherently flawed, but he could at least try. However, he'll just keep using her, and his increased popularity, to plug his show which exploits marginalised people. No definitive proof but maybe: she went to a beer festival and someone on Twitter said they served her a beer, she was at some other craft beer factory (?) about a month later, and on his story recently there were two beers on his coffee table (one was his), it was when she was in Oklahoma with him, and I'm pretty sure you could hear her laughing in the background.

She complains about lotsa stuff from what I've seen, though. Like joking complaints. Lanz wants to hope they actually like her, and that this works out, because if they split, he might not spill the tea out of respect for her but I can imagine his kids not giving a single fuck and spilling the entire teapot.

Honestly, I need to question whether anyone who isn't concerned truly gives a fuck about her happiness. There are countless examples of this dude abusing his power and exploiting people for $$$, and if you think that someone who does that professionally isn't inclined to do that personally, you're naive. There are also allegations relating to domestic violence with past girlfriends and as stated previously, from a purely statistical point of view, it isn't unlikely that he was abusive. Ultimately, it's her decision to date the dude but she has a history of abusive relationships and she wouldn't necessarily leave if he was. That is all.
