At least one person associated with her definitely reads here ... more or less confirmed. Anyway, I didn't care for that dress/boots combination, but honestly, idc what she wears as long as she fucking sings. There seemed to be a bit of improvement in that regard, so that's good. However, Ben and Ed, that set list is SO BORING and it is the NFR tour so we want more NFR songs. Being almost an hour late isn't great, either. I get it - stuff happens - but she's late to every single show ever, and an hour is far too long to be kept waiting, when people have already waited for hours. -

Did the vape make an appearance or nah? I'd like to think she's trying to quit but I don't want to be too hopeful ... -

She would do Tell Me Baby, because "baby" and I don't think they have any songs with blue in the title so it's the next best thing But that's OK because it's one of their best songs. I think her voice would most suit Soul to Squeeze. -

Oh good, at least she still has good taste in SOME things -
So anyway, "Every You, Every Me" is on the soundtrack for the 90s movie Cruel Intentions. The chick from Buffy plays this cokeheaded bitch who stashes hot men in a drawer under her bed and wants to fuck her hot stepbrother, Ryan Phillippe. It's such a shame they didn't ever do a remake because 2012 - 2014 Lanz would've been perfect for such a role.

Yeah me and my big mouth. Chase seems positively angelic compared to the cop. Feel like shit just want her to date Chase again

If you think the very obvious volume increase in HTD was "carefully chosen and placed" to create a "retro and timeless" sound, then there's nothing more to say. There are glaring technical errors that are not conducive to creating a "retro and timeless" sound. They're mistakes, and anyone with experience in sound production knows it. Whatever, though. If it's you love it then good for you.

I agree. As far as mood albums go I feel that Honeymoon is vastly superior. It has a distinct theme, yet all of the songs stand out individually. To me, almost all of the songs on NFR tend to blend into each other, and the ones that do not are somewhat jarring. I really think TNBAR would've fit better on LFL, and I love Bartender, but it also seems out of place. I don't think it's a bad album but I also don't think it's her best. to. She described it in many different ways prior to its release, but probably the most accurate remark she made was when she said it was good music to drive to. It's good background music, but it's not the type of album I'd lie on my bed, stare at the ceiling, and listen to. I wonder if I'd like it better if she hadn't shared so much of it on insta, and hadn't made us wait so long without any news, though.
