I'm unrealistic AF, it doesn't fit the vibe of the album at ALL and to an extent she's already been there done that so she won't do it BUT NFR (the track) has a very 1920s jazz quality to me ... so I would like an MV that reflects that ... as I said, it'll happen in my imagination only but that's okay. And I will neck myself if she re-uses footage for any of the other songs, honestly.

Waking Bliss - Flight Facilities Just came up in my Spotify one day ... I often listen to music like this because it calms me down when I feel really anxious or stressed. The "lyrics" are a sample of Gerald Heard talking about stuff ... so it's easy to just close your eyes, listen, and get a bit lost in it all. Next letter: O

I personally don't think it's about Barrie; I think she just re-uses the same phrases to describe different people and events. "You fucked me so good that I almost said I love you" doesn't fit with Barrie. She was with Barrie for 3 (?) years. They were engaged. She definitely loved him. Also, I don't think she'd say his poetry was bad. She has only ever made respectful comments about his work. We only have a minute-long snippet, but this song strikes me as being about someone she was in a short-term relationship with, who thought they were the shit. Like oh, I don't know ... G-Eazy. Remember that she likely wrote most of these songs end of 2017/start of 2018.

It makes sense to release at least one new song to sing live at (seven?) festival appearances over the course of the summer. She was never going to sing Doin' Time live, imo, but NFR will absolutely be a track she'll sing live. If I'm wrong I'll edit my pfp to have a clown nose and hair. Bookmark meh.
