Considering her career and commercial success is on a tightrope at the moment it makes alot a sense. She needed to make a trendy (generic) track like this to fix it. I feel like this song is her actually caring about chart success and doing what she thinks the GP likes. Kinda sucks though since once she was once a trendsetter Its catchy and nice but its nothing special...

Realistically I don't think we are going receive any new news till after the dazed magazine is out. Idk its just a gut feeling. I'm excited and super interested for the interview though

I have a few thoughts but I can't be arsed to write them down properly so here's some ramblings instead - I like the mid-west/country feel the album cover has. However the color palette used is way to cold. It should be a lot warmer and brighter considering y'know the album is called LFL. I'm glad she ditched the philfont and decided to use the Video Game Single Logo version. Very cute nod/wink to her debut single and her past. I love how BTD-esque the album cover is. Possibly another nod to her past? She looks fantastic, hell even radiant and her cute little smile is to die for . It did threw me off a second though since I'm so used to her looking so sullen on her album covers. Chuck has finally redeemed herself lol

I fundamentally did not expect the track to have impressed me at all but it did. It's slightly reminiscent of early seventies Bowie and the sound of nineties U.K bands. Good on him aswell for bucking the music charts trends too
