  1. Tracklist just leaked omg here it is: 1. Rock Candy Sweet 2. Complex Magazine i hate U 3. Bro 4. Cherry Blossom (Boom Like That Remix) 5. Getting Back Together Quickly (ft. Nikki Lane) 6. Country At Heart 7. Typewriter 8. Dealer (Boom Like That Remix) 9. Personal Sovereignty 10. Go. Fuxk. Yourself Bonus tracks: 11. This isn't a real account or tweet that you're responding to 12. Nah read what you wrote hoe
  2. This Jacktastrophe is starting to get tiring, especially as someone who's never been too concerned with who's producing the album. I think I need a bubble bath and a face mask
  3. Now that I've mentioned it, I really am starting to think the vibe of this album will be country glam (even though I want a psychedelic rock album)
  4. I found myself relistening to froot today, and I ended up just playing the song on loop for almost an hour. It honestly might be one of the best songs I've ever heard, it's magical.
  5. Everyone at this point is just ready for something new and different. Lana has always switched it up for each new era, and I think a lot of us are wanting that to continue/happen again. Personally, I don't think Jack is a bad producer. But I do think that if he's working with Lana again for this record, they should try out something that sounds like more of a departure from NFR and COCC despite the fact that I love those two albums.
  6. I feel like the aesthetic of this album will in part go back to that more cinematic side of lana we got in the first three albums (BTD, UV and HM). right now, of course, she's in Texas with nikki lane, but that doesn't for sure say that that's the vibe of what this era/album will be. her instagram posts alone these past few weeks have given me that more "glamorous" vibe despite being Texas based. maybe we're getting country glam for this album cycle
  7. I still listen to the song because I do enjoy the song itself, but I always skip that line. I've never liked it
  8. Good morning I for one am currently feeling pretty good about this album and hoping for the best (@ Jack Antonoff can you PLEASE give us a venice bitch type sound on this album)
  9. Lana has such a pretty smile. I've been loving her IG posts throughout these past few weeks here
  10. I've never been a jack hater and I don't think I ever will be, but I will admit that I think we need something fresh for this album. and by something fresh, i'm thinking zach dawes
  11. It's definitely hard to quit smoking when you're around smokers. Most of my relatives smoke cigarettes and when I started in high school, it was super hard for me to quit when I was constantly surrounded by it (I was able to pull it off, luckily haha). Personally, I'm not going to judge lana for smoking; it's certainty not a healthy habit, but at the end of the day, it's her body and I do understand that it can be hard habit to drop.
  12. "Let Lana evolve!" This is just my opinion, but I don't think anybody is trying to stop her from doing that. While I love NFR (my favorite lana album) and COCC and I don't think that they sound the same, they are similar sonically. If anything, I think wanting this album to be different from the previous two would be letting and wanting lana to evolve rather than stifling that. it is perfectly fine for fans to want the album to be something different than NFR and COCC/want it to have elements from previous works besides those two.
  13. To add a bit: just saw that lana left this comment on a fan accounts post
  14. I adore this picture, she looks so good
  15. when this is the album we finally get a studio version of end of the world on
  16. After last nights BUS performance, i’m really wanting vocals on this album like the ones she used at the end. I literally have so many different visions of this album and i can’t pick just one
  17. Another thing I just thought about: Jack hasn't been a sole producer on the lana records he's produced. so we can probably look forward to at least one or two songs produced by other people besides jack if we're continuing the pattern. it's not much, but it's something. i like to keep on the optimistic side of things when it comes to potential lana music also, personally, i think ufb today would bring everyone's spirits up. just a hunch
  18. Super Movie

    Song vs. Song

    Heroin vs Art Deco
  19. This ties into the last thing I added into here, but I really do think a sound similar to mazzy star's she hangs brightly album would be stellar. specifically the title track, blue flower and ghost highway (i put blue flower and ghost highway in a spoiler tag lol). I love when lana uses the heavy drums and guitars, and I really want that on RCS. and like I said, with jack, I think he could pull that off if he and lana both wanted to. venice bitch is proof of that to me. that song is pure magic and i'd love to have more songs like it.
  20. When Jack surprises us all and we get instrumentals like this >> (more of a personal manifestation than what I think the album's going to sound like, but let a girl dream )
  21. "I go back to Lanaboards... Take a look at the RCS thread... What the fuck happened here? I guess that's what they meant when they didn't want Jack"
  22. In terms of jack producing this album, I'm going to be hopeful. I think that if she tells him exactly what she wants the album to sound like (which could honestly be anything at this point lol), he can pull it off. This is the same man who produced venice bitch, after all. Lana's never been one to have all her albums sound the same and I don't think she plans on doing that any time soon. edit: also, right now, all we have is information from a fan who met lana last night. if it's true that jack's going to be the only producer at the moment, that could change at any point in time.
  23. For this album, i want vocals like the DTWD bridge and raise me up
  24. No clue why, but for some reason when lana first mentioned LMLYLAW in 2019 i thought it would be a really jazzy song with a melody like the other woman (the unreleased one). like, “let me love you like a woman, like a woman, like a woman” with super jazzy brass instruments and bass in the background, the instrumental being all in all similar to heavy hitter. that’s probably why it took so long to grow on me, but i actually listen to it quite a bit now
