This whole thing died out almost a week ago and now a certain someone comes back to complain about "PC America" because people got upset that they bodyshamed a woman....like clockwork, some of these people. In other news, BUS has grown on me quite a bit these past few days, so I'm starting to grow more accustomed to the idea of this collab album.

Personally I think that the only thing that could possibly make this Prince Philip discussion better is if AlexParliment made a comeback and gave their two cents

I can't say I"m too pleased with the post. However, I myself hadn't learned about the disgusting things Prince Phillip has done, as well as the incestual and creepy age gap relationship he had with Elizabeth until I think a year and a half ago. Thank you American education system for me teaching me nothing about any countries that aren't America lol (sarcasm). But yeah, I don't think there was ill intent behind the post or that Lana really knows about any of it, but I do know that it'd be in her best interest to educate herself on the matter and delete it.

Kill Kill is definitely one that I think of. But I also think of wayamaya, hawaiian tropic, and a few songs that aren't necessarily hawaiian themed but fit the vibe to me (neon palmmm, 1949 to some extent, spin me round, the first lolita demo, etc.)

Honestly, as someone who used to frequent soap2day, the pop up ads on here really aren't that bad. It's two seconds out of your life that you have to spend clicking on an X. And like I said, I'm all for it if it's helping out and making things easier

Although there are a few BTD demos that I like better than their final versions (mainly lolita and diet mountain dew), I think that all the final versions of the songs fit best on the album, and none of the demos would have fit. I know a lot of people wish that she would've just kept certain songs as their demo versions, but in my opinion, they're demos for a reason. I also don't think unreleased tracks like you can be the boss or us against the world would've fit on the album either.

One song I've always wanted to hear Lana do a cover of is I'm in the Mood For Love. I think her voice would be so pretty on that song, although it doesn't necessarily match my psychedelic rock, she hangs brightly, heavy drums and electric guitar dream. However, if this is going to be more of a COCC/NFR outtake album, I think a cover of that song would fit in perfectly

I've been trying so hard not to overplay this album like I did when it first came out, and let me tell you, it's been a struggle. It's not my favorite lana album, but something about it is just so beautiful to me. Each song feels like I've known it for years; it's a very comforting album

I find tiktok based lana fans to be kind of embarassing to be honest. They go from "ugh I want lana to start being lizzy and do hard drugs again, she sucks now teehee" to "you can't like any of lana's music from the lizzy grant era, she hates it". It's a bit funny to me that so many of those people do that and then hate white dress. And in terms of that one tiktok where they were all freaking out over the fake genius tracklist for RCS, I also find that to be really funny Honestly, the only unreleased song I can see being on RCS is dealer, and that one isn't even leaked (Tiktok is also the home of the lanacult and the "lana del rey burned a bible and also burned down a church rumors" so i can't say I'm too fond of that aspect of it).

I had a dream last night where I met lana because she was in my city and I was the only person that recognized her. When I asked her about RCS, she gave me an exclusive copy of it and told me it'd be out in two months. In the dream, the album was pure psychedelic rock. I'm hoping that this wasn't a dream, but a prophecy

I love Violet so much. I have the audiobook on vinyl and the book itself, so sometimes, I play the record while I'm reading the book and let lana read the poems to me

Definitely fan made. Genius is kind of like wikipedia - anyone can edit it, so a lot of people go on there and make stuff up. I've seen it happen with a lot of artists and their fan bases. (I do wish some of these tracks were actually going to be on the album though also, I've always thought if this is the end and grenadine quarantine were poems)

The entirety of Bel Air has some of my favorite lana lyrics ever "Walk in the way of my soft resurrection" "Lead me to war with your brilliant direction" "Sweet child of mine, you're divine Didn't anyone ever tell you it's okay to shine?" And the whole chorus. The song paints such a beautiful picture and I absolutely adore it

I love this so much!! I've been wanting something like this for a long time now as there have been so many outfits lana's worn on stage that I want to emulate. It's also just nice to know what show certain looks are from. So glad you decided to do this, it's amazing
