I think the song will be about lana recounting an experience she had as a child in which she got her head stuck in a blue banister and her dad had to use butter to get her head out, it'll be very lyrically similar to white dress. "when i was a child stuck in a blue banister look how my head fits look how the butter melts i was a child head was in a banister you helped me out felt like my head hurt"
