So I guess the place she arrived in TIWMUG was Spain I never knew about this though so I'm really enjoying listening to her talk about it. Her talking about her early years in general is kind of surreal

This is literally just a Facetime gossip session. But I can tell that Lana's more comfortable on this stream than she usually is on her main account streams. It's probably because of the smaller audience of about 6,000 rather than 200 or 300k

I have to say, Lana interacting with fans is one of my favorite things ever. She's such a genuinely kind person and always seems to make a connection with everyone she meets

Cover album is in limbo with a possibility of turning it into a "Country and Western" album that would be a mix of Country and Cali

Lana said that $300k were given to the Navajo Nation and that there's still $700k to spread out, which is absolutely wonderful. I'm happy to know that my money for Violet has gone to such a great cause

She totally hinted at the covers album at the beginning if I heard her right. Also, I'm really enjoying listening to her explain who and what the album is for. Lana is generally a joy to listen to speak. The advice she's giving to women right now is hitting home

I'm so excited to watch the livestream I love Lana's tradition of going live on the album release day, and I was worried we wouldn't get that this year but I'm so happy that we are

My album heriarchy remains as: NFR Honeymoon Blue Banisters Lust for Life Ultraviolence Chemtrails BTD/AKA Paradise (take this lightly as something being on the bottom doesn't mean I don't like it, AKA literally changed me as a person lol) But my title track ranking has switched to this: Honeymoon Chemtrails Blue Banisters Ultraviolence Born to Die NFR Lust for Life

I'm so excited to see Lana's performance. I honestly feel proud of her for being able to do live TV again, doing Fallon was a huge step. It's just really sweet And Arcadia is going to be gorgeous live. When she hits that "all roads that lead tO YOU AS INTEGRAL TO ME AS ARTeries"....vocal gold

I wonder what those original Grenadine Quarantine and If This is the End, I Want a Boyfriend voice notes sounded like. I kind of think they might have started off as two separate songs that she later combined into one, spectacular frakensong that turned out to be Black Bathing Suit

The song is on Spotify's New Music Friday playlist, is currently the first song on the "This is Lana Del Rey" playlist (the only other BB songs on it right now are the singles) and was mentioned in a promo TikTok ad in Australia. I'll honestly be surprised if it's not the next single, although I'm still holding out for Thunder to be next.

I can't say I was expecting If You Lie Down to be the next single, but as I listen to it more, it's a great choice. It's upbeat, catchy and has fantastic lyrics. I can see it getting a lot of play on alt. radio

I fully plan on going to Target later just to see if the album is there (it probably won't be, but who knows?). If it's not, I'm considering caving and just buying the standard cover because it's grown on me so much. At the same time, though, the blue cover is stunning. Ugh, why did she have to make all of the vinyl variants for this album so gorgeous?

The way that most of the people who don't like this album are Born To Die and hardcore NFR stans Not a good or bad thing, just an observation (the hardcore NFR stans in part being the critics who can't get over it lol)
