So taking a quick break at work and have a couple thoughts I’m slightly disappointed. But not surprised at all because the NBC website clearly says ‘her new single, LMLYLAW’ and doesn’t mention Chemtrails at all. So not a huge surprise I’ve said before eclipse never lies about what he knows and I stick to that, but I am curious as to why they’re choosing her performance to not go live right after the show like the other performers (I checked and you all are right, they are uploaded almost immediately) I’m thinking maybe he got the date wrong (?) because I’m sure her team wouldn’t upload the video on YouTube 2 weeks early. lana.lnk.to/Chemtrails(video) it has to mean something, maybe an announcement is coming soon. Maybe she’ll announce the single release for Friday? Who knows at this point, with her there’s no guessing. maybe my original theory is right and they accidentally made the links go live/something happened that caused a delay....we’ll probably never know!! Regardless, I’m upset it’s not title track being premiered but I am super happy that it’s a COTCC single...I am debating on wether I’ll actually watch or not. I’m not a fan of Fallon at all and her performance will go live so it’s not like if I miss it today I’m missing it forever

just don’t watch it, and then when you log on Tuesday the main meltdowns will have already happened thats what I’m doing

Is anyone else giving themselves a talk about how it’s okay she isn’t premiering the song, the album will come out when it comes out, and to just be grateful she’s finally doing a live TV show in the US? Or is it just me? I want her to debut the song so so bad but I just can’t see it happening at all, I just want what she’s performing to leak so we can all be done with this, and just enjoy the performance for what it is

yes! I think tomorrow is going to be the biggest day that we’ll finally start to have some answers!! I jump back and forth with what I think she’s planning but I really do think it’s something special! I don’t think she’d make the same mistakes as NFR and release songs almost a year before the album release..If she is doing the lead single tomorrow then the album has to be pretty close!

I always got the impression the cover albums would be more of a low key release, she calls it a digital and the whole purpose of it was she’s had songs she’s wanted to cover, and it was an apology for the fans since she couldn’t get the record out in time. I don’t see it being a huge release with a crap ton of promo, but I could be very very wrong! we also don’t know exactly when the album is coming out, I watched the live yesterday and at the end she really made it sound like the production was taking 16/17 weeks vs 11/12, so the album could be coming out March/April of next year, so debuting a single, and all that goes with it, would make sense to do around this time..3 months is a completely normal waiting time for lead single into album

I’m gonna be (in the end) okay with whatever she performs, but I’m really hoping it’s not going to be a cover (even if she’s premiering a new cover like California Dreamin’) I’d rather have LMLYLAW than any cover she could do, because that’s her song, and I want to hear her music. I get it makes sense to either do a cover already released/the single that’s literally announced as her latest single on NBC’s website (let me love you) but. Monday I have to be up at 6AM for work, so staying up super late is gonna be really rough. I’m thinking I’ll probably stay up but who knows, I might fall asleep early and wake up in the middle night and see what happens October and November FLEW by plz tell me why this one week in December has lasted longer than those two months combined

my Delulu energy is completely revived for now!! I’ll take the blonde single cover, either photoshop one with LMLYLAW single cover, that way we have it just incase

I think they perform near the end so probably around 12:25AM est, if I had to make a guess or right before midnight so she can perform it and then release the video at midnight
