If you search ‘Blue Banisters Lana Del Rey’ it takes you to 1949 so Blue Banisters is the reworked song we won!!!!! interesting..anyone in IT know how to confirm this?

All this did was tell me the album will be out at the earliest August/September instead of July/August (I was thinking July/August when the date was still June 1st) we’re hardly guaranteed an album anytime soon. She’s delayed projects for up to 6 months multiple times now (Violet and Chemtrails..NFR if you consider her ‘it’s done but who knows when it’ll be out’ tweet in early 19) this could still be delayed until early 2022 with her track record

I don’t get why Lana would suddenly hire an all female band when she’s been touring with Blake, Byron, and the rest of the band for almost 10 years now and I hiiiiiighly doubt she would do a special performance, she hardly likes performing at her own shows where can charge almost $100 a ticket she isn’t gonna put in that work for free And even if she does do all of that, the album can still come July 4th (though it’s probably not) she doesn’t need a brand new band to have an album mastered

I wasn’t sure if we were allowed to vote for more than 1, but I did Video Games because it’s her first ‘big’ homemade video and so lovely Love, because I love the retro future theme and the whole ‘Live! From the moon’ is a mood (plus it got me through a VERY dark time in early 2017) Doin Time, because it’s lovely and we got the Lizzy throwback Summertime (TGV), because I love her blonde hair, and the set feels very chill..like she’s just performing with her friends

I never get notifications when she goes live or post a story even though I have them enabled for her wish I could have saw and wish she would have talked about the newly announced record but oh well!

okay a preorder announcement a la Chemtrails then. Something that shows her label is on board with the album and it’s actually dropping so soon

It shouldn’t be so hard to get a date and info like, assuming it is coming Sunday, July 4th. (It’s probably not ) by mid May the song, video, and preorder should be out..why not announce it?? “Preorder out [date]” Is the easiest to do to air all confusion.

I’m 99% sure Eclipse took the info from another insider (BOZ). Eclipse hasn’t had anything since White Dress, all the ‘tea’ he’s ‘spilled’ recently has been taken from other insiders

Are we still positive the album is called Blue Banisters? Maybe the album is still RCS, she was announcing BB, and also letting us know the album was delayed? I can’t see RCS being the first single June 1st seeing as how she’s already teasing BB I’m doing mental gymnastics

I’m already over it I get insiders can hear/know info on maybe a lead single, since it has to be at least a little close to release, since we have a video/snippet/‘album announcement’..so I believe descriptions like that But anything beyond that is just frustrating. Especially when all the ‘insiders’ run with it.

its honestly possible at this point! She had Blue Banisters written, recorded, and chosen as such an important track to have a video by November. Before we had any info about Chemtrails at all, before White Dress’ video was even shot. she’s obviously given this a lot of thought and dedication! edit: what if the ‘birds’ attacking are the media it keeps getting thrown around, but absolutely nothing has been said so it is very very likely not coming that soon

its very very unlikely it’s coming today, there’s no links and Shazam doesn’t recognize it..I haven’t seen any concrete rumor it’s coming today/tomorrow

I’m glad the song is almost 5 minutes long! That’s plenty of time to tell a beautiful story and really know where she’s at! I don’t think it’s going to come tomorrow or she/someone would have posted it’s out tomorrow..the only time she’s ever ‘randomly’ released a song was LMLYLAW but this is the lead single/title track with a video..it’s not gonna be a shock when it does finally come

i really think it’s just the editing between the two..the black and white one is further out and the colorized one is more zoomed in..her hair is positioned exactly the same in both pictures, and the Aloha necklace is in the exact same position

Okay time to force myself to not listen to the snippet anymore (except for when my boyfriend comes home and I show him ) I really have such mixed feelings about this it would be nice to know when this is coming out. I know it was just trailers but she teased COTCC for 20 days and White Dress for 40 so she could still be holding onto this video for at least a couple weeks

The fact that some people are still calling this folk despite there being a very present synth is....a choice. maybe it’s time to accept that Jack made the music Lana wanted to make, and Lana obviously wants to make beautiful music over a subtle piano

I really see the instrumental picking up and changing, there’s so much going on in the background it’s insane! also I can’t at ya’ll saying she’s hiding a pregnancy in this video because it was shot 5 months ago and she would definitely be showing by now it’s gonna be a struggle not to play this snippet over and over the next 3 weeks

But I still have questions when is this coming out? who produced this?? Does this mean there’s a preorder soon? how has she been silent about this for almost SIX MONTHS? she’s really been planning this! No wonder she was over Chemtrails so soon she literally recorded this BEFORE White Dress amazing
