I’m not concerned at all, she didn’t mention LMLYLAW until like 4PM when it was literally out in several countries I have a feeling coronavirus has maybe moved some releases to the UK time? Just a guess since several artists recently have released songs/music not according to US time, maybe some things have shifted.

i completely agree! Plus it’s more than just random singles, it’s a whole album would I have liked to jam to COTCC sep 5th like she said? Yes, 100%! But we just got an audiobook album/poetry book, buzz single for the album, and a whole new album coming in a little over a month! It’s strange to me that people aren’t more exited about this. Hopefully once COTCC releases and everyone who is annoyed/frustrated over everything happening currently, they’ll come back to this album. also, as an American, don’t take the ‘American classics’ so literally I probably haven’t heard any of the songs she’s covering and music (overall) doesn’t have a geographic location (patriotic/national pride songs aside, but that’s not what she’s covering) saying ‘American Classics’ is incredibly on brand for her, but shouldn’t be taken as literally as some are taking it

I’m completely positive she’s going to add (even if a slight) Lana twist to the songs she covers and make them her own. her best songs are the ones produced quickly without her sitting on them long

I’m (sadly and embarrassingly) uncultured and I’m pretty confident every song she covers is going to be pretty new to me... so for me this is basically gonna be an album full of new songs

Can’t wait for Man’s World!! is it just me or does the single cover give HEAVY HBTB vibes? Name front and center, single name in smaller cursive, and colors that POP

I was super super skeptical, until she posted that video of her singing the hymn and mentioning being in the studio for the album! Now if it actually comes out December, that’s still to be known or not! I can’t see it being delayed though, because it’s not like she’s actually writing the music, just covering it!

So I’m gathering by her caption that the record she announced Tuesday is pretty much just starting being recorded hope she finishes by December, I assume she will since it’s all covers.

Judging by the last 3 rows of her instagram, and the story she reposted from the fan account, I think it’s a safe assumption to say this era is going to be black and white. Everything she had posted (that hadn’t been a repost/happy birthday post) has been in black and white! and in the video from last week, brthr is filming was filming at least a little of the video in black and white!!

I just listened to LFL in full today and had a lot of feelings 1) I love this album IDCCCC love love LOVE 2) I love 13B and I used to hate it, the instrumental is phenomenal 3) I love how in love and heroin, the last chorus goes from you, to I (I’m flying to the moon again, I get ready I get all dressed up) 4)BAR belongs on LFL and you can’t change my mind 5) I’ll never remember going though my first huge heart break and love leaking like days later and sobbing to the song and video for a month straight 6) Groupie love is incredible 7) (only lowkey I still love the released) justice for title track 8) F all you haters it’s an incredible album

I can’t at ya’ll trashing this like you expected some high-def video It’s beautiful, and a nice look into her day to day life, and she looks so good. I’d take a video like this that is full of her heart and soul versus a high budget music video but that’s just my opinion
