    Do you guys think there will also be livestreams for the rest of the European dates ? 

    As the fierce editor she is, she should have a DVD release of the best performances of the whole tour and a super deluxe edition with all the shows. I mean all the setlists are different and have different arrangements plus she performed songs she hasn't performed in year. That's gold for the fans.

    Can't wait.  Are you certain that chapter 1 is coming tonight ? Pitchfork says title track today and first chapter on november 10 :

    This is beautiful. I've been playing the song on repeat today and it gave me right away the feeling that Lana sounded like a ghost on this version while I didn't notice it in the demo. Her vocals are the same but I think Barrie rerecorded his parts witch makes such a contrast. It makes so much sense to keep it that way.

    The video is also moving and really confirms this feeling. The song has a whole new meaning now and Lana is clearly haunting him. 

     

    To add to the feet discussion, I'de like to mention that Lana's feet are on this video even if she didn't play in it. :dua: It mirrors her bare feets on the Blue Banisters video. There's really something reflecting between their arts. In Lana's live stream she said that the link with someone you loved once is never really gone. It feels deeply true for Barrie and her.

    Hey guys,

     

    I've been listening to the Honeymoon instrumentals today and I tough it sounded really fitting for Halloween. :illumilana:

    The lyrics of that album may not be, but I think the music alone has the witchy elements that many fan have been wanting from Lust for Life. It is quite creepy starting with the strings from the title track, to the creepy laughing in Salvatore. :godlaugh: The soundscape is pretty dark during the whole album. :noir: It really creates a mood.

    If you're having a themed party, this should be your go to playlist  :wink: 

    What do you guys think ?

    The livestream was great. It was such a heartfelt moment to share (even if I've seen it afterwards on youtube). I love the interaction she had we fans from soul to soul. I love that what she said had so much impact a lot of us but she was also impacted by what the fans said. Does any of them have an account on here and who are they ?

    Well Sirens has never been released, only sent to people by Lana for prospection.

     

    In the other end Lana Del Ray has been released digitally and stayed there for 3 months before being removed. Technically it's definitely not unreleased, just not available anymore. 

    David Khane said she bought the rights. It led to Yayo being available for Paradise.

    There's something going on about CB, LL, and NotG. Why are there credits for instruments that aren't in the song? Why is Fabrizio not credited on CB or NotG? Why do multiple notice a difference in quality from the rest of the album? Why are some peoples versions of Cherry Blossom defaulting to their Unreleased album??

    My cherry blossom didn't have Blue Banisters as album title it had "unreleased" and the file quality was way higher than the rest. Plus it was similar to preview leaks. Maybe the final version still have to leak :judgingu:

    Anyone noticed the reference to Smarty in If you like down with me with the Dance me all around the room line ?

     

    The Cherry Blossom is the same as the old one (Piano and vocals), just a different take. Wasn't it supposed to have guitar by Barrie. Anyone got something else ?

    Here are my first toughs about it :

    - Interlude the trio : We heard it before but now that I've heard the whole album, it feels so WTF. The rest of the album kinda have the same production and the trap beat doesn't seem to fit.

    - Black Bathing Suit : So we tough we would be bopping to this but instead we'll be sad twerking :hair::heidi: It's beautiful and I love how she uses her voice on those crazy background vocals

     

    - Beautiful : It is just beautiful. It reminds me of Love Song in the way it is so innocent and sweet. 

     

    - Violet for roses : beautiful as well. Need more listen to elaborate. 

     

    - Dealer : I'm loving this. It's the bravest song of the album. Very unique. And the screaming ! Sounds much better in HQ. Did listen only a few times in LQ

     

    - Thunder : I love the new intro that makes it sound a lot more like a Blue Banister song. I love the added violins, they are beautiful (one makes me think of a theme from Dexter). I miss the more energic sound and the backing vocals being more prominent tough. It had a single potential, now it doesn't that much.

     

    - Sweet Carolina : A cute song, one of my favorite on first listen.

     

    She uses her voice in lot of new ways (see screaming in Dealer, Vocal guitar solo in Living Legends and crazy background vocals on BBS.

     

     

     

    Is the cover that looks like a mix of the original one with a less farther version of the HMV one real ?

    Am I allowed to post it here as it's not from an official source ?

    While I’m BEYOND glad she didn’t make it into a piano track, it’s really interesting how it makes Lana’s rage-fueled lines feel more hopeless at her partner’s addiction instead of turbulent

    I so agree. Maybe Barrie asking for Riverside is what inspired her to change half the album (so she could include those great songs written with him, that she wouldn't dare to use anymore.

    I didn't hear no drums but it is definitely reworked. I hear guitar and I think the synth are a bit different.  

    Plus it's completely remastered. It's the same vocal takes but the treatment is different. Barrie's vocals sound so HQ compared to the version we have. We have yet to hear Lana cause it cuts just were she start singing. :oop2:

    It's beautiful and I'm so glad we're getting all the good songs released :oprah: 

    Leaks are good when the songs won't get released at all but it's better to have them in proper quality with good mastering. Plus we can hear them on streaming platforms. It's even better when they get incorporated in a precious body of work like BB. We're definitely the lucky ones :wowcry:

    I love this. With the piano it gives Blue Bannisters teas. Bravo :understand:

    I think the full stems of the song are out there (as well as the acapella). I believe it would sound better without the original guitar. I think sometimes the chords you choose don't fit those of the guitar.  Maybe it's just me tough.
