  1. I love it it's a solid debut album imho, the previously-unreleased songs sound great on the studio version and Slide out the window is such a vibe song, love that too my only concern is that the tracklist might be too short, but then again, it is their first album after all. Also I have yet to hear it as a whole, so I still can't really say if its length is fine or not - I'll stay up once it officially drops as well, I have to be in complete silence and take it all in when listening to an album for the first time Btw I updated my previous post with another link
  2. https://www.virginradio.it/scheda/177259/Virgin-Radio-FM.html hope this works http://liveonlineradio.net/virgin-radio-italia or you could try w this as well
  3. Omg they're playing the whole album as a preview on Virgin Radio Italy Here's the link if you wanna tune in, we're 4 songs in rn!! https://www.virginradio.it/sezioni/1184/virgin-radio-on-air Edit: basically I tuned into this radio station and it was halfway through It won't always be like this (song), then they played My Honest Face and after that a song I've never heard before and I was like ummm, then I heard the line "Slide out my window" and I realised it was one of the brand new songs we're getting on the album
  4. Her last ig story is serving this kind of realness
  5. They're probably just messing with us, but you're right, I also wasn't considering the fact that BoZ's description of the song and the snippet that's on that site don't even match
  6. I think whoever uploaded that snippet just decided to kind of troll us and name it that way by going off of what we've been speculating for the past few pages as to the next single possibly being titled "Good God", they have to be reading this thread
  7. I love the album cover it looks a little like a manip, nonetheless it's a serve and a huge step-up from the selphies As for the snippet, I haven't listened yet since I feel like we still have a long way to go before we get the album so I don't wanna rush it and I'll just listen to the whole single when it drops if that makes any sense Edit: I caved and listened to it she's cute but I'll have to wait until I hear the full version
  8. No it's true The fact that she reused this line/concept and still managed to convey a different feeling is a sign of great lyricism
  9. Ikr Sometimes I like to bask in her older catalogue and this is one of the songs that makes me so nostalgic, it has that escapist quality to it that makes Lana's music so memorable imo
  10. Norman Fucking Rockwell: 13 Mariners Apartment Complex: 21 Venice Bitch: 26 Fuck it I love you: 11 Cinnamon Girl: 6 California: 21 The Greatest: 23 Bartender: 10 Happiness is a Butterfly: 3 hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have: 11
  11. The splatter vinyl is probably my favourite variant and I agree that the new one we just got looks cool but I'm broke so Also I just realised I wrote I have an exam on June 8 but obviously I meant July lmao can't a girl just do the best she can?
  12. Exactly the album announcement and all... And thanks, I hope you'll do great as well
  13. Sun: Back to the basics Moon: Lust for life Rising: How to disappear
  14. Baby what I like about you, you, you is your nails that you wear to Timbuktu With American flags on each little finger didn't make my eyes stray and linger
  15. I just got around to listening to the new song, I think it's a nice little gem Also it's crazy how we're getting the whole album next week, time flew Btw @Deadly Nightshade I totally get you, the past weeks have been draining for me too, I have one more exam to go on June 8 hang in there!
  16. The 7 stages of grief the 7th is just us starting a gifgate once the pre-release gets dry af Either that or people slandering her previous albums OT: birthday post in 5 minutes
  17. I wonder if some of the songs she scrapped were produced by Mike Dean, there was a lot of hype around their collaboration and now we're down to just one song apparently Very excited about the outcome of this album though, the fact that she's working with new producers is intriguing I just hope it's not another LFL situation in terms of cohesiveness
  18. BITCH HFDF J GFJGNJFD Edit: I'm really curious to see how this song will turn out if it actually makes it onto the album...I'm wondering if it'll sound more polished or if she decided not to change anything
  19. Super random but Lana's line in Blue banisters that goes "Jenny jumped into the pool, she was swimming with Nikki Lane" reminds me sound-wise of another line in IMF "who's doper than this bitch, who's freer than me"
  20. 1. Ultraviolence 2. AKA 3. Honeymoon 4. NFR 5. BTD 6. Paradise 7. COCC 8. Lust for life This is my ranking, but pretty much all of her albums have good replay value for me. Also, I put BTD before Paradise but I actually like them just the same, and the same goes for AKA and Honeymoon (although I like AKA's aesthetic and imagery it evokes a bit more)
  21. If you do need a little push, then I'd say go for it because that vinyl is gorgeous, and who knows, in a few years it might become rare too! Maybe you could splurge one last time on Inhaler before you move, there's still 2 months and a half (or something) before late August actually rolls around, so that's enough time to keep saving up And if you don't end up buying it, that's fine too
  22. I was just listening to WW today and thinking how it's the best from the batch to me. I love the melody and how it builds up, and the lyrics are so powerful too. It's also the one that I genuinely resonate the most with, as I can kind of relate to the whole metaphor of the wildfire associated to strong and almost destructive feelings (or at least that's how I interpret it) Anyways, pre-order coming in 2 seconds
