Highlights: 1. Midnights, Taylor Swift Standout Tracks: Lavender Haze, Maroon, You're On Your Own, Kid Weakest Tracks: Glitch, Question...?, Vigilante Shit Overall: 8.75/10. Red (Taylor's Version) and evermore are still the top of her discography--but this is enjoyable and really does sound like the concept; a journey through the wild thoughts that run through your mind at the after-after party. 2. Dance Fever, Florence + The Machine Standout Tracks: Girls Against God, Dream Girl Evil, Morning Elvis Weakest Tracks: Choreomania, King, Free Overall: 8.5/10. Still doesn't top High As Hope, but each track serves a clear purpose on the album and the whole thing is enjoyable to listen to from front to back. As signature Florence cinematic moments and lyrics that flow like poetry. 3. Brightside, The Lumineers Standout Tracks: Where We Are, AM Radio, Brightside Weakest Tracks: Birthday Overall: 8/10. Short album so not that many weak tracks. Cohesive, almost too much so. Disappointments: 1. Dawn FM, The Weeknd Just plain disappointing as a followup to his previous work. The visual were miles ahead of the music imo. 2. The Loneliest Time, Carly Rae Jepsen Western Wind was a standout, but the rest of the album didn't seem to have much charisma lyrically. Maybe I need to spend more time with it. 3. Finally Enough Love, Madonna I didn't have high hopes for a Madonna remix/greatest hits album--but I hoped for something more interesting than what she gave. I wish there was some nonstop moments in the tracklist a la COADF or a remix that really breathed new life into an older song (the TikTok remix of, now viral, Back That Up To The Beat, e.g.).

it's so suspicious how that leaked just 30 days before Red TV...like someone held on to it for all of 9 years, and then dropped it a month before the Taylor's Version came out.

I haven't heard of any outtake leaks/demos for any Taylor Swift song post Fearless tbh...that's why the vault tracks work so well. Altho I am curios if some of her early outtakes from debut which did leak, like "Dark Blue Tennessee", will make it as a "vault track".

Still pissed Canadian Amazon FUCKED us. Also Canadian indie record stores too… -
if there is a tour, I'm not sure she'll announce it before the album drop. I would expect a March announcement for a mid-summer mini tour. i think her label would want to see what the album sales look like before deciding on the scope and budget of a tour (not like Lana will really want anything expensive anyways...)

speak for yourself—I was 14 when UV came out and every word of that record spoke directly to my soul. I was in love (and sexually confused) with this older girl in the 10th grade who was dangerous (she once showed me a topless woman on her phone in the school hallways) and a bad influence (her parents let us have a sip of wine at dinner). If that’s not what UV was about…💁♂️

I've only been able to find the white vinyl in my country (and standard, ofc). If the Amazon or Indie version becomes available I'd much prefer those... -

your concerns are understandable but unwarranted in the grand scheme of things. No problem is without it's solution. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. -

Please do not use vaseline as lube. It literally says "for external use only" on the bottle. Otherwise, hope you're enjoying the song!- 658 replies
