What aesthetic do you want for the album? I wanted something similar to the W Magazine cause I thought we were getting a winter album but since it's probably coming in the Spring I kinda want something more colorful. Chemtrails and BB were muted in color and have a winter/fall feeling to them (even tho Chemtrails was released just before the spring)

Something has to be coming soon... I'm sure the album is being pressed as we speak Boz heard it and Neil is teasing visuals... it just makes sense

Honestly it was kinda iconic of her to release a simple ballad when all the eyes and ears were on her after her most acclaimed album (I really love that song tho, that bridge alone makes the song great). She knew she had a lot of pressure and said fuck it I'm releasing my favorite cute little song first. Now back to LDR9... IT'S HAPPENING Neil teased Weyes album less than a month before she announced the whole thing and the lead single so I guess early November maybe?

I think they were just guessing a possible date. They have some old stuff but they are not an insider (about new releases and such)

I think something similar to Chemtrails could be likely. One single this year and the preorder + second single early next year with the album around March. I'd prefer the lead single and the album announcement/preorder coming together before the year ends so we have a decisive date for 2023 tho... but even her shortest rollouts like HM had 1 song released before we had an official announcement with a real date

I don't think LDR9 is country... maybe the next one if she's already writing it

That snow ❄️ song didn't boost her other albums streams that much (maybe there was already a big overlap between listeners or maybe they didn't care about ah ah like snow) so can she please release the lead single already If their plan was to try to capitalize on the hype I don't think it will matter in the end so... let Lanita do her thing

Still thinking about Neil's post. I need Lana to go back to the dark and dreamy aesthetic... it's giving me SOC MV and Tropico (Body Electric) vibes I checked Weyes post when announcing Grapevine (song) and those other pictures don't resemble the flowers story either. It's all purple and dead bushes, even though there can be a plot twist in the video I guess

Do you think she'll use the LDR account (or make HM public) for this album's cycle announcements and such? She said she went private for safety reasons but it didn't help... so maybe she can use her official accounts for promo but have Ben manage them and only post announcements and all that stuff. I know she doesn't care about it but how are people going to know when she's releasing if she only posts it on her private account? I hope Interscope is booking huge billboards everywhere as we speak to start the teasing
