In my opinion minimalistic is always better. A full on realistic portrait is too much and has a big chance to not even look like her I think you should talk with the tattoo artist once you find one and show them your options to see what the could design with that idea... also look for someone who does that style of tattoo cause even if it's "simpler" some people do better shaded designs or other stuff

Can she announce anything already? I don't care if I have to wait a month for it but I need a date to look forward to

If she's on Taylor's album and she has a single coming they would definitely try to capitalize on that so it makes a lot of sense... It would be really great exposure for Lana so it would be stupid not to release anything after that boost.

C, E and F are my only fears (even though C is not realistic for Lana). I don't care abour her Nikki music as long as the keep it separate (and she said recently that they won't release it anytime soon so yeah... If she goes country it's probably not yeehaw and more classic so I don't mind and Jack... well we know she has some songs with him but he's not the main producer. I like to complain about jack but I actually enjoy their work together even though I always see more potential that what we get in the end

I'm not that worried about the album being really far cause her past rollouts were actually kinda concise if you ignore the fake stuff and dates. Chemtrails: lead in October album in March. BB: May to October (or from September if you take Arcadia as the lead since the triple singles were before the album changes). Considering she has been silent about everything this time, I think it's going to happen even faster. I wouldn't be surprised if we get the first single with the album announcement and the preorder this time LMLYLAW and the triple BB singles were released before even sending the album to production but this time she can announce stuff when she has a real release date for the record

I saw that the Grammy eligibility period ended today and I realized BB could be considered for the 2023 awards... I really doubt they are even nominating it for anything but it would be interesting to see if they could manage to submit it in the non pop categories to see if they don't switch it to pop like they always do If the last Halsey album was "alternative" so is every Lana album after LFL

How do we know it was mainly written by Emile? I've always thought that she was the main writer and he cowrote and produced (like they usually do in her albums). For me this is quintessential Lana so if it was really written by Emile he fooled me for good. I still have chills when I remember the snippet he posted of the bridge it's so crazy to me that some people don't like this... the chorus is heavenly

In the music industry world I know Ben overuses that word but I'd say it's fair considering albums take 1-2 years to make so a couple of months it's just a small fraction of that... But I agree that it's kinda annoying. I'd prefer if the s-word was only used for periods smaller than a month

With all the amount of stuff she has recorded over the years she could just take bits and pieces from each one and frankenstein songs for a lifetime worth of albums

If it wasn't for the vinyl thing it could definitely come out this year but since she is/was finishing it just last month I guess the soonest would be January/February... I think it's going to be similar to Chemtrails with a single in the coming weeks/months and the preorder early next year cause there's no reason to delay it further once it's done

At this point definitely... if it was something that important or relevant it would be the album title but since she didn't have one in May it was either scrapped/changed or it never meant anything What I don't understand is why she didn't just wear the NFR jacket if that's the look she was going for... maybe she just rented it for the MV and had to get a similar one but either way why the random letters when the logo already had a big wave so it's not like it was empty or uninteresting... Maybe it was from a stock collection of different patches with all sorts of random acronyms and logos for aesthetics

I think with Ellie it might be a bit different since she kinda became an industry slave She's not even allowed to release a single without a collaboration attached to it cause they desperately want her to get a hit so I'm sure she has a lot of label drama stopping and delaying her stuff

I mean besides than the June comment the others kinda make sense... In May we got the interview about the album confirming it. She finished the album between August and September And now she's ready to release the lead single since she sent the record to vinyl production already
