Things You Only Get If You’re A Lana Stan
Venice Peach replied to Say Yes to Heaven's topic in Lana Thoughts
I wonder if I can even park here -
Do you think if I go blonde we could get our old love back? Lizzy is coming By the way what is that web? Is it full of insiders or are just random predictions?
-
Chemtrails is her most cohesive record tho (alongside HM). I understand why it's not universally loved among the fans but I think it was perfectly crafted (even though Lana herself didn't seem as sure or proud of it)

He deleted What did the DM say?

The serve when instead of announcing new music on social media, random posters and billboards begin to appear across the US Love's promotion was so cute (even though it leaked and fucked up the era

I'm so sad seeing her Twitter (and IG in a while) go I know I'm being dramatic cause she's not going anywhere but seeing her notifications even if they were random posts made me happy . Anyway BB is out in a bit more than a month
-
So far only the standard vinyl cause I don't really care about the color of it. I'm waiting for the CD and cassette just in case she puts out some signed stuff tho
-
I wonder what are those different and new projects she's doing now. Maybe she's getting into acting (again)
-
Watch her comeback on BTD 10th anniversary to announce BTD megadeluxe 4 disk version, AKA re-release and LG2

I 100% respect her decision and I'm sure it is for the best but the wording in some parts was so weird. She needs privacy for some new projects but why would she need to deactivate, I mean just don't post about it . She is still going to (sadly) have paparazzi and such following her so is not like that would change anything... Obviously I believe in what she said but I also think there's something behind the scenes. Maybe it's indeed something about labels. If her contract ended with Interscope (after releasing BB) and she changed to Capitol maybe they are controlling her accounts and she's taking advantage of the change by taking a break off social media while everything is getting done.

"American Standards & Classics" Cover Album - Pre-Pre-Release Thread
Venice Peach replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
When do we think this is coming? I don't expect a physical release (at least not right away) so I can see it being released before the year ends and she started recoding last summer so maybe she has already half an album worth of songs. By the way, I think the AS&C was a thing when she had limited time and wanted it out before Christmas of 2020 but now that she has no real time limit she has a broader song selection to choose from. I'd really prefer if she covered some more "modern" classics. -

Imagine if this is not even the AS&C album and she's covering like random Ariana Grande songs -

Cause managers usually are unrelated to labels. Still don't think she's signing with Capitol tho, I guess it's something to do with music credits for the covers (like someone already said) -
Honestly I wouldn't be against Lana putting 1 or 2 unreleased songs on every album from now on as long as they are reworked and we get at least 14+ tracks. The speculation of which songs would make the cut every time would add to the excitement of a new album. She has to many hidden gems that deserve an official release and I honestly don't think she'll ever put out the Unreleased Compilation so... I mean she's been doing this since LFL (even HM if you count YTH being considered). I'm sure we'll have LYTAN on LDR9

Wait is the photo on her story new? Cause it's like I've seen it before but at the same time it feels different

I'm confused about her "ending" herself. Even if it's a stage name, for me Lana and Lizzy are the same person. Only on the BTD days you can consider Lana having a more "artificial" image (even though I still think it was her authentic self, just with some stylistic choices imposed to match the vintage vibe).
