We need the Myspace version of that song
-
So, has Slayter not spoken up about refunding fans who never received the vinyls they ordered? Because apparently online scammers are taking advantage of the situation... Just saw this on Twitter, unsure if it's true but be careful guys

I'm sure this topic has been made before, and I'm not saying she really was a stripper, but why do some people always get so defensive or pissed when somebody suggests it as a possibility? It's really not impossible Although songwriting isn't always autobiographical, she's sang about stripping in a bunch of songs, so this is an understandable discussion to have TBH

They're both bad, I didn't go in with high expectations. Howbow dah We as a society need 2017–2018 Kim back
-
A lot of fanfiction going on I see…

I think she's still trying to emulate OG Ayesha, but the contrast is stark. Ayesha thrived and pulled off that style back in the day, she was authentic and had personality and the lyrics were sexual but clever. The instrumentals on some of these songs are actually pretty good , but Kim seems very uninspired (sort of like Ayesha is nowadays - which is a bit ironic given their apparent feud but alas) and lazy. Most of the lyrics are corny and repetitive and the songs are so short/unfinished too, like WTF. It feels like Kim is resorting to this hypersexual porno aesthetic for an attempt at shock factor and to gain traction on TikTok or whatever. However, it doesn't feel genuine to her, nor does it seem like she's even very invested in producing quality music with it...

I just read her Twitter thread and it made me very sad. It was strangely validating because I've been expressing this for months on end. And so many fans in response were dismissing me and saying like: "it's not that deep" "you're just being a hater" etc. Where's that one person from a page or two ago who's been insisting this whole time (on here and on Reddit) that she's at the best place in her life, making the best music and never been happier? Who was egging her on during her obvious manic drug episodes? It sucks to say, but I don't believe coming back was the right choice for Ayesha. I wish her the best and as an honest fan hope she can find true happiness + the help she needs.

Well they've both namedropped each other

My post you were quoting wasn't even negative or expressing dislike towards her?? out of all my comments you could've chosen… IDK how many times this has to be said, but just bc we're not ""true stans"" like you who worship her and blindly praise everything she does while thinking she's a fragile angel, does not make her exempt from criticism. And this goes for every artist; Ayesha isn't any different. #AtTheEndOfTheDay I don't even listen to Kim Petras and I didn't enjoy Slut Pop, but Ayesha is just making herself look like a childish and insecure druggie with these Twitter episodes (because that's what she is, again admittedly— mixing alcohol with Xanax is not a good idea, stop enabling her). Maybe I don't kiss the ground Ayesha walks on and threaten to doxx 12-year-olds for her like you do on Reddit, but I actually am worried about her. The real "truest fans" who aren't sucking up to her and are actually paying attention to what she's been saying would realise that she's more miserable than any of us currently are. Even if we got a perfect project out of this (which LBR, we won't be getting a project at all), coming back wasn't a good idea for her mental state. She's literally going off the rails and openly talking about how unhappy she is, no matter how much you try to glamourise it. But I must say it’s interesting you're a cisgender man who thinks she's ~so real~ and ~justified~ for using Blaire White-esque rhetoric and projecting her own internalised self-hatred onto other transgender women while spending days fighting with teen stans on Twitter…anything you'd like to share with us, Mr. Feederism ?

Slut Pop 1 was kind of terrible, I still haven't listened to the new one but hopefully it's better
-
She went on a huge tirade about Kim Petras and was arguing with random stans on Twitter, she brought up her parents and was mocking her transition and stuff like that This all started because apparently Republic considered signing Ayesha, but decided not to since they already have Kim doing the "slut pop" thing on their label? Ayesha is also claiming that Kim had a falling out with Slayter and was trashing her behind the scenes

so H4U (2024) is scrapped already? Kinda shocked at her acknowledging Cola La Flare LOL is she gonna start saying the N-word again

Ayesha is having another mental breakdown and fighting with teenage stans on Twitter again (while pushing 30), this time it's about Kim Petras. She went from being a proudly private person to broadcasting her insecurities to the world, admitting to being a drug addict on live and repeating dozens of times that she hates her career and wants to quit again. She's admittedly unhappy and miserable, stop lying to yourself. All of this overshadowing her actual single release announcement from a day ago (literally haven't seen a single person speak about it, probably because nobody wants more Yvncc collabs) https://www.instagram.com/p/C3MIXxYxgz5/?igsh=MXR1c3NjdzhpNmxjZQ==

She's too lazy to retrieve the actual files - which she could easily obtain - for a live performance, and yet she expects us to believe she can finish and release an entire re-recorded album Ayesha said recently that she's only started two songs from the new H4U so far (All Around The World and title track). She really DGAF. I don't know if you guys were watching her Instagram live yesterday, but it was a mess (albeit entertaining at points). She was rambling for 4+ hours about her ex-boyfriend and former manager. She also re-expressed the sentiment that she wants to quit and doesn't like doing music anymore. Super drunk and drugged up as usual, kinda sad.

Too Late for Tears is one of her best, I love that song so much. It sounds straight out of the Trouble era (even though it's not!!) The Hard Way is also amazing and Phantom had so much potential, I would've loved to hear a properly produced version of that because the acoustic instrumentation is kind of boring

Do you have screenshots by any chance?

Wait why did I think Charles was her husband who died 😭 I literally live in the UK this is so embarrassing
-
Are you implying Lana and Charlie are incestual

"Toilet Sniff" is immature likewise to Taylor herself and stupid, yes, but kind of funny. If you felt offended by that name as a Swiftie then... I'm sorry? but that doesn't weaken any of the valid points being made about her environmental destruction like you're trying to imply. "Childish, conniving and manipulative bully" is true. In this case she's bullying someone who's like, two decades younger and 10000x less powerful than her. A lot of rich people use their lawyers to send threats that have no basis, hoping that the other person will relent because they can't afford a lawyer. That's bullying and it's childish; she has fully entered villain billionaire territory. She didn't care at all until all her carbon emissions became headlines. Hard to go up against a billionaire when you're a student. Also Lana hasn't stooped to Taylor's level of climate terrorism as far as I know, but if she (or any other celebrity for that matter) did and tried to sue a student for publicising that already public information... I'd be having the same reaction as I am right now lol. That's insane!!!
-
Of course the biased Taylor stan who's been hellbent on blindly defending her since page #1 would say something like this I know it's hard to admit that you and your aryan goddess are clearly in the wrong here, but I'm not latching onto anything - I dislike her for a multitude of reasons; her eco-terrorism and this nonsensical lawsuit being part of that. Stop deflecting onto ""other celebs""
-
I genuinely can't stand Toilet Sniff and this situation only strengthens my reasoning. She's a childish, conniving and manipulative bully. Extremely over-exposed too Also unrelated to her climate demolition, but it's always bothered me how she ruins her actual classics with half-assed cashgrab re-recordings. Both she and her fans try to turn it into some faux moralist type thing with the "Taylor's Version" nonsense, when in reality, she's just a shameless capitalist who wants your money and will get it either way. She's ready to milk her fans for all the cash she can get. She's a terrorist in more than one form (music-wise and economically)
-
MTE. It's hard to see this as a "safety concern" or to even think safety is her main issue with this. The idea that the private jet tracker is causing her "emotional distress" when she's killing the planet to dash between her home, tour and football games is bonkers. She's like the female musical equivalent of Elon Musk, and I'm tired of both of them. What this person is documenting isn't even illegal, it's all public information that can be easily accessed by anyone who looks for it.

(BTW I understand that this might be merged into the Taylor Swift thread, but since this topic doesn't relate to her music and extends to topics such as climate change, pollution, other billionaires such as Elon Musk, and broader discussions on free speech rights, I believe it warrants its own separate thread. Mods are welcome to move it if necessary!)
