So bizarre... like has anyone ever killed themselves at Ariana concerts? or Travis concerts? Swifties will come up with anything to defend her. Loads of US media outlets claimed Taylor had her people get in contact and provide condolences and financial support for Ana's body transportation and services. The family have since confirmed that to not be true. In short, her team is literally lying to the press about contacting the family to make her look better, and the fans are running with it. So messed up.

It's not fans, just random people out in the streets. I think Verde is trying to make a point about paparazzi and fans taking photos of famous people without their consent. Like "This bothers you, why doesn't that? we're all people." But it comes across as hypocritical since he's basically just becoming part of the problem himself and doing exactly what he's condemning⸺unless he's getting permission and asking them beforehand (which doesn't seem very likely)

The way Taylor can throw public hissy fits over petty shit like being namedropped in a one-off Netflix "serial dater" joke (Ginny & Georgia 2021), but she's doing seemingly nothing to help the grieving family of the young fan who DIED at her concert… it just doesn't sit right with me. Like, wtf? Maybe I'm being harsh, but these days it's hard to believe she cares about anything other than herself and money. It could be a legal thing I guess, but with how rich she is, I can't help but feel that the least she could do is provide some sort of support for the family— I feel really horrible for them.

Taylor hasn't even reached out to the family? that's fucked up. I mean, I knew she was cold-blooded and money hungry, but I thought she'd at least have some basic human decency.

Well, these songs were definitely considered for the album: Interior Jungle Losing My Cool Mess Midnight Nothing Too Serious Violins And probably the other Heartbreaks and Earthquakes tracks since 5/8 of those ended up on True Romance. (Champagne Coast, Dreams Money Can Buy, Spoons)
