If anyone's going to a M&G, you should ask her for the name of the EP she was planning to release in 2013 with songs like Dear Porcupines/Rough Love/A Million Men and featured production by Doveman and John Feldmann. I don't know if anyone here cares but that's been one of my top Melanie mysteries for years (and she's less likely to call security than if you ask about Sirens/Garden/etc, so that's a plus!)

Nothing new but it's crazy how insane some Lana stans on Twitter are.… these people literally rejoicing at Melanie's album "leaking" a day in advance (New Zealand release). This person has multiple threads about aiming to "sabotage" other artists' album rollouts. They clearly see Melanie's release as a threat to Ocean Blvd's popularity/performance on the charts — the gag is they care more about that stuff than Lana herself. Why don't you put all that effort into streaming her album instead?

I'm just confused by @dyktatuob saying half of the whole album has that sound and "there were times where I thought I was still on the same song"— when Light Shower, and Leeches tbf, are the only ones that have the acoustic/slow-sounding vibe…

Leeches has strings and fuller production that wasn't in the leaked demo, Womb does have guitar but calling it an acoustic song is a stretch. The only true minimalistic/"acoustic"-esque song on Portals would be Light Shower

Well, we have to remember that The Bakery/After School aren't canon to Cry Baby's story— Also, the Portals music videos are supposed to exist separately from the planned film, so I guess the movie will start from where K-12 left off and explain things better!
