Anyone else sad Lana didn't post for Thanksgiving, Xmas, or the New Year? I guess she could still post tomorrow so I may be speaking too soon but I feel like she almost always posts for the holidays Obviously she doesn't owe us anything, it's just something I was thinking about If she does post I hope it includes a tease for what's to come

Elle was talking to the LDR Village director and they said DNC (the letters on Lana's Variety jacket) stands for something but they can't reveal what yet, so people think it's a song/album title. Also BOZ apparently posted on ATRL saying Lana is releasing something in February but I haven't seen a screenshot and ATRL is down so I can't say if that's real

I'm ashamed to admit this but I hated it at first haha, I was expecting more of the same. The rock vibes and a few of the synths (like at the end of West Coast) threw me off. However I quickly came to love UV and it's my favorite album now I also remember hearing the premiere of West Coast and staying up to watch all the music videos; the aesthetics definitely made me appreciate the songs more. UV song + vid is my fav piece of art of all time I think, so gorgeous

Honestly I'm surprised nothing has been announced yet. I'm still hopeful we'll hear something before the end of the year though, Lana loves posting and spoiling us on/around holidays

Can't stop listening to these songs, they're so gorgeous sonically and I love the lyrics. Hope she doesn't change/scrap too much when MM3 finally comes. It's sad her stuff leaks so much Obviously they mean a lot to her but I wish she'd ditch the movies so she could release the music quicker

I agree, I listened to I Can Fly and Big Eyes after BOZ said one was intended for BB and I appreciate them a lot more now. I feel like I never really listen to Lana's singles so I should just add them to another album and I'd listen to them more lol. Still strange she was thinking of doing it though imo it doesn't really fit

My interpretation is that she wishes people saw her for more than her looks or what she seems to be on the surface level; she wants them to look deeper and try to understand her (see her soul and heart)

the first day I spammed the hell out of BBS but I haven't listened to it much lately, tbh Thunder, Dealer, IYLDWM, Text Book, and NOTG (everything you listed + NOTG lol) has only gotten better with every listen and now they're always playing. Their lyrics and sounds are so gorgeous and I find myself humming them throughout the day wanting to play them. I'm assuming lots of others had similar listening experiences

After watching the bald man's review and reading some posts on Reddit over the past few days, I find it ridiculous/funny that people are not getting Dealer. Like I could understand someone not liking the sound but saying she's failing to belt or that her higher register is shaky when she is OBVIOUSLY screaming/yelling and not trying to sound "good" is just silly to me. How can people not realize it, it's like they shut off their brains when they listen to Lana's music? lol

Girl I completely feel this, I never used to listen to it but I think the only change Lana made for the album version is actually injecting heroin into the song or something, it's addictive and delicious

I agree, I'm hoping for more but a different version/mix of Arcadia will be cool even if that's all we get
